Everythig perfect, Lead time to Spain should be improved

The parcell arrived correctly and in good condition. The customer.support was perfect. One thing to improve could be the lead time to Spain. Longer than one week looks too long for goods that are supposed to be in stock.

I tried to get the kit I needed in the UK, but was waiting weeks for the delivery to ship. I got it from Easy Surf in days, and saved hundreds of pounds. A shame to not shop in the UK - I know how hard it is for retailers at the moment, but I needed the kit for a trip.

The service is great, the prices are great, the people on the chat are great. The only thing that disappointed me was when I took out my new Tabou Air ride 81 MTE from the packaging, which was well packed and without damage.I found a tiny hole on the bottom of the board that I couldn't take a picture of with my phone to prove it existed, so I fixed it myself with epoxy and stuck one of the stickers I got on it, now it looks ok.
