rigid thick paper tube ( 2.3m long ) which is resist bending and crushing.....well packaging and wrapping.......

Order placed 13 APR for items that were supposedly in stock. Now almost 3 weeks later and the items have still not been shipped. I have followed up numerous times and also requested partial shipment for those items that are in stock. But they are always just a few days away from shipping, until those few days pass and still nothing.

Eccellente negozio online: prezzi competitivi, moltissima scelta, personale sempre online per dare consigli, spedizione immediata.
Avrebbero meritato il massimo del punteggio: peccato che come spedizioniere hanno scelto FedEx. Il materiale è stato spedito lo stesso giorno in cui è stato acquistato ma è giunto a destinazione più di 10 giorni dopo. Il tracking di FedEx anche ridicolo: “buchi” nel tracciamento di anche 2 giorni. Non tollerabile nel 2021. Quindi: loro bravissimi, i loro partner commerciali meno.

FedEx was a bit slow to deliver. The box was a bit damaged but everything inside was present and in good condition. Perhaps extra packing would have been better.
