Review summary
Customers frequently praise the fast and punctual delivery, with most finding the packaging sufficient and goods arriving undamaged. Many highlight the product's build quality, robustness, and finish, as well as the straightforward and easy assembly process. Customer service is widely appreciated for being responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Communication is often described as friendly, transparent, and prompt. Additionally, customers feel the products offer good value for money with fair and competitive prices. However, some customers mention minor issues such as occasional delivery delays or coordination problems, minor product defects, missing parts, unclear assembly instructions, or sharp edges. There are also rare negative experiences with customer service and communication, including confusion or lack of information about order status. While most packaging is sufficient, occasional complaints arise regarding damaged or insufficient packaging, and some note that shipping costs can offset overall savings.

Great trailer, great service
Great trailer, delivery faster than expected. Question about assembly answered immediately and competently. All documents for registration complete. What more could you want?

Good product, average delivery time
Good product, but a bit sharp-edged. The delivery time was comparatively long because the goods came from Poland. I actually needed it a day earlier. It would be nice if it was clearly visible on a .de website that delivery is from abroad.

Product aligned with the description...
Product aligned with the site's description. Very fast shipping service, for values above one hundred euros of small size I suggest including transport like many similar sites.\n\n

Fast delivery, product "compliant" but,
Defective galvanization on one of the latches.
This did not prevent me from assembling them, but the risk of long-term oxidation is present.

Top 1A Service
A fantastic service! From order placement to delivery, a service that's no longer commonplace. First, all information via email, quick response for a change request. Then delivery information via phone with answers to questions. The delivery itself was seamless. The driver got in touch as requested 1 day before delivery, then two hours and again 10 minutes before delivery. The supplier was very polite, providing some explanations for setup. The delivery was also very fast. Truly recommendable. The trailer makes a good impression and has already made its first trip. I am very satisfied.

What is particularly remarkable in this digital age, and therefore very pleasant, is the telephone helpdesk. Well assisted by a lady of flesh and blood. Therefore 5 stars; and I seldom give them. ☺ TOP!

Very good trailer and friendly delivery
Very good trailer and overall a very positive impression.
The trailer appears stable and well-made, not cheap at all. The construction gives a solid impression and everything fits together neatly. A small improvement point might be that some edges could be a bit more finely deburred, as you could theoretically cut yourself there. But that's just a minor detail.
Otherwise, I'm really satisfied with the product.
The delivery also worked very well. The driver was a young Polish man, very friendly, helpful, and respectful. He took his time and explained everything calmly.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and can definitely recommend Unitrailer.

The pendant matches the description
It arrived within the specified timeframe
However, 3 parts were missing in the delivery
But they were sent immediately after a phone call.
All in all, everything went great

Fast and good advice and delivery
A number was missing at registration. They are taking care of it now. Unfortunately, I still cannot use the trailer 🤔. Tomorrow will be a week. Online it is written and promised that it goes quickly. Maybe it's just my case. I had to rent one from a colleague over the weekend.
Otherwise, the trailer is in very good condition

Delivery of what I needed and quickly. The only downside is that the carrier did not respect the provided delivery information, nothing unitrailer could do.

The delivery time of the trailer was too long, the delivery description stated 9 working days and I had to wait 19 working days.\nI asked several times by email, no answer. On telephone inquiry, I was assured it would come there and then there and then there. I had to postpone my registration appointment twice. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly, but that doesn’t help either. Because the trailer was offered 50,-€ cheaper during this time, I asked if I could get this 50,-€ as compensation. Nothing, Nada, a pity.\nThe trailer is, as far as I can assess, in order. Super

Satisfied again at 100%
Just like when purchasing the trailer, everything went perfectly with this delivery of additional side walls! Very shortly after ordering, the information about the delivery date arrived. The shipment was delivered on time by the shipping company.

Initially somewhat skeptical because one doesn't order a trailer online every day. But I am very satisfied with the trailer, the delivery, and also the documents. The vehicle registration was already prepared for Germany.
Beforehand, I almost fell for a fake site, which led me to buy the trailer directly from the manufacturer.
If I buy a trailer again, I would happily do so directly from Unitrailer. I will definitely recommend it.
