EXPRESTA is definitely the best! I recently ordered business cards and wasted countless hours, I went through unbelievable frustration and annoyance with a well-known universal company. After 10 days I cut the cord and discovered EXPRESTA.EU They are efficient, quick, thorough, without confusion and numerous instructions, polite and caring. A company where you will deal with a human and receive personalised attention. Unlike so many where auto-mails are all that one receives. I am delighted with my business cards and I highly recommend Expresta.

The designer of Expresta has edited my files without informing me, made mostly all of them distorted, because there were no bleed. The uploaded files were 600 dpi so it was possible to edit the files without quality loss of distortion, but we didn't even communicated anything towards me, just printed out everything. On top of that, the size of one sticker was completely different (28mm instead of 25mm) so I can't use them at all. They offer €150 EUR refund if we're not satisfied with the quality, which is not true at all. Messaging with them for nearly 3 weeks now, still no solution. For the last response I had to wait 10 days.

Nice print quality (poster on fabric for a scientific conference)

Very nice print quality (poster on fabric for a scientific conference). I think what can be improved is the speed of the overall process (check by graphic designer etc.) because it took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery. Often we do not have that amount of time! I plan on using your services more in the future, and I think that the complete turnaround speed (initial order to final delivery) can be a barrier... Thank you!

We are contacting you about your order. We register that you ordered on 3.5 and then you approved the order to production 6.5. You choosen speed of production - RELAX, where is not quarantee delivery date. It is a cost-effective, but the slowest speed of production. If the customer want to have a products to exact date, you need choose the variant express or lightingfast. Due to the higher number (3900 stickers), the production takes longer time. The products are currently in production, where they are waiting to be cut. We try to do our best, so that they are in the shortest possible time made and shipped. Hello, we have checked all details neccessary connected with completing your order. We register that you ordered the order via our website. The files was sent from your side and they contained two identical pages. We didn’t register any request to edit graphics. The proposal was however sent to you a for review, and it seems you may have not noticed it either and you approved it in the end. The layout of the pages can also be seen in the customer account. We are really sorry but that wasn ´t a production mistake. We made products, which you ordered. For any questions or further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

We are sorry for the situation that has caused. We will try to explain the situation to you. You registered the order 21.2.2024, the next day 22.2.2024 it was made and sent according shipping company UPS. The order was completed on time, from our side. First delay of package was 23.2.2024, when the package was already in Belgium. The package wasn ´t delivered due to of incorrect delivery address. You contacted us, to solve the situation with shipping company, which we did. Then, we received the request from your side about redirected package to another delivery address. We comunicated this request with shipping company UPS. We apologize for the delay, but shipment was delayted due to an incorrect delivery address and redirected package to another address. We register, that you have already received the package.

great price and quality. when i made the order, I was told that I would receive a message confirming that my design was suitable to print. i did not receive this which was a bit worrying. the final product is excellent however so I will be suing the service again.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but we have tried to deal with your complaint. We have suggested several ways to solve the situation. Unfortunately, we can't approved the fully complaint, as you sent us a photo of one product. Subsequently, you have complained about all 5 products - no mention of damage and no photos sent. We asked you for additional information. You used the products despite the complaint. Your graphic wasn't prepared for printing according to the standard. On of our basic services is graphic editing for free, which was implemented. You missed bleeds and cut lines. However, we always send modified graphics to the customer for approval before printing. You confirmed your order for printing without comments. Your last request is from yesterday, in which you ask a refund for 2 products. You can consider it confirmed.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. You have ordered business cards with express production within two days. You have chosen a DHL package as the delivery method (delivery takes at least 6 working days from dispatch). We made business cards in 1 day, the package is currently in the country of delivery. According to the information on the DHL website, delivery is expected today/tomorrow. In case of complications, do not hesitate to contact the carrier or our customer service.
