The products are great quality and the customer service is absolutely superb.
This is my second making a charity calendar and I have absolutely no graphic design background. The Expresta staff are extremely patient with me and very kind.
I have also made some photo books of our family dogs to give as Christmas presents. Every product has been excellent. I have two more photo books in the pipeline.

It is a unique comic created for the Roman Open-Air Museum Hechingen-Stein (Villa Rustica) in Germany.

The product quality was good, nothing to complain there. I also had helpful staff in the beginning to help with the process.
The room for improvement: I made an order with fast production time (aka I payed extra for fast production). But the production took almost double that was promised. I submitted an complaint for a refund and I had to demand for a sufficient refund. I was offered a so called ”maximum discount” which was the amount I had payed for the fast production, but without the VAT that I had payed. In my opinion that is the bare minimum to be refunded. So I had to specifically ask that the VAT that I payed for the fast production will also be refunded.
