The product quality was good, nothing to complain there. I also had helpful staff in the beginning to help with the process. The room for improvement: I made an order with fast production time (aka I payed extra for fast production). But the production took almost double that was promised. I submitted an complaint for a refund and I had to demand for a sufficient refund. I was offered a so called ”maximum discount” which was the amount I had payed for the fast production, but without the VAT that I had payed. In my opinion that is the bare minimum to be refunded. So I had to specifically ask that the VAT that I payed for the fast production will also be refunded.

Had to print a large number of books in less than a week, and every other printer I contacted refused the job. Expresta stepped in and supported me through every obstacle with the files. They were fully solution-oriented and never focused on problems. The print quality was really excellent as well. Absolutely amazing service! Super reliable, delivered on time, and 100% recommended!

Great experience. Good pricing. Clear options. Staff were responsive, patient and helpful to me. I am pretty new to this so needed some guidance. What I can say is the pdf I sent , came back professionally printed. I will use def use this service again.

Cutomer support is exceptional, responds in minutes, very helpful. The sending process and delivery was a bit late (said 3 days it was 5 i believe) but overall very great experience. The product is in great quality. Love it.

I did really appreciate the friendly web interface in use to share the data about the design, the content, and the choices concerning paper materials. I’m very happy with everything. The designer was excellent, and I’m extremely satisfied with the printed books. The quality exceeded my expectations, which is why I decided to place a second order.

The customer service has been fantastic. Ema was a huge help via chat, answering all my questions, and the entire sales team helped me speed up the payment approval and production process.

The only complaint is the enormous increase in postage costs (from 20 € to 60 € for the same weight, destination etc... which is insane!), other production costs also increased quite a lot (around 20 % for the same product parameters). Relying on AI also proves a two-edged sword, as it makes the wrong assumptions, human eyes should always be used to check.

I liked the processing and shipment speed and precision. The production quality was excellent and the photos were clear and high quality printed. The layout builder was quite easy to use and gave me wide opportunities to personalize my calendar. Surely the next time i will again use your service. Something that could be better is the fact that the calendar wasn't available in other languages than English. I would really like the option to change the language of days, months and to automatically add public holidays from that state (ex. Italy, for my case).

Very good quality of the books. They look amazing! I liked the communication of the designer and small implovements done. The ordering system and instructions were quite good. DHL has damaged the package , but the books were still fine.

Had my items delivered a few days ago, and I’m so pleased with them. The print quality is beautiful, and it has brought a family friend’s book to life as a special keepsake for him and his children. One of the few printers that allows just a small number of copies to be produced at a brilliant price, and the service was truly 5-star. The website was easy to navigate, placing the order was simple, and I could instantly see how the layout would look. First-class service — I’ll definitely be passing their details on to my workplace.

Unfortunately my order was met with a few complications but the dedicated and helpful staff help resolved them quickly. The printed books arrived yesterday and I am truly delighted with the outcome — they look wonderful. The quality of the printing itself is fantastic, I was also very happy with the paper choice suggested by one of the online advisers; it’s crisp, pleasant to the touch, and perfect to write on.

When I ordered it was said (from the system) that it would take 6 working days. There were some small changes made along the way, but today, 14 days later I got a reply that the order was still in production. I admired the fact that your designer resized the cover to my specificaitions. More orders are on their way. However, delivery is rather slow.

I love how seamless the ordering process is, and how quick and professionally the team adds bleed and sends back the designs for approval, your service is always excellent. The quality of the print is great. Unfortunately in the past I've ordered a type of label that said to be suited for bottles but turned out to be quite unfit, as the glue just didn't stick to the glass and it would get ruined by moisture. The same labels I also ordered to go on paper packaging, and the glue still wouldn't fit, which is a shame as my packages looked very unprofessional with all their labels half peeled off. I threw a lot of them away and ordered from a different company whose prices were much better for also stronger glue. The downside of that other company is that they only offered pre-established sizes, which I could work with to an extent for some products, but for some others (like my oil labels) I could not, so I came back to expresta because of the possibility to completely customize size, which is great! Now I am ordering the more expensive variety (vynil gloss) although it is indeed quite a bit more expensive, but at least the glue sticks properly. What could be better is perhaps larger bulk discounts? Other sites offer the opportunity to select, for instance, 7000 labels of one size, and then select how many designs to include in that number, for instance 7 different designs, for 1000 labels each. That will make a more economical deal than ordering 1000 labels individually for each design; I hope that make sense. With my last order I wanted to purchase 1000 unit of each but seen how the price was so much more expensive for my total order, I decided to only print 500 of each. Also I don't believe I have seen information on the types of glue that you offer (might have missed it if it is somewhere), like standard glue, peel-off glue (which I believe the matt paper one that I ordered was, seen how easily it came off) or strong glue. I saw some companies offer different label material + glue combinations, as in you can choose the label material and then choose the glue as well. I figure that might be a bit more complex but still, having some information on the strength of the glue would be essential, as I ordered a product that I needed to stick to the bottle/pouch but ended up just peeling off and not sticking properly. This was for all my designs ordered with the same material (I believe it was paper matte) If this information is available somewhere I might have missed it and that's my bad, although perhaps it would need to be clear somewhere during the ordering process and the picking of the material. That's it :) altogether very happy with my experience with expresta, best customer service and great quality. In a nutshell I would describe expresta as being a somewhat pricey company but it delivers absolutely excellent service, and often it is okay to pay a bit more when the service is this good :) thank you! love Stella
