EXPRESTA is definitely the best! I recently ordered business cards and wasted countless hours, I went through unbelievable frustration and annoyance with a well-known universal company. After 10 days I cut the cord and discovered EXPRESTA.EU They are efficient, quick, thorough, without confusion and numerous instructions, polite and caring. A company where you will deal with a human and receive personalised attention. Unlike so many where auto-mails are all that one receives. I am delighted with my business cards and I highly recommend Expresta.

I've had terrible experience throughout. First i was promised delivery date of Thursday. Then the order did not proceed for processing because now they needed an additional confirmation. I luckily checked the online account the next day otherwise I wouldn't have known as I did not get any email to approve. Anyways, now the delivery date was Friday. I was waiting patiently but it did not ship out due to some technical issue apparently. Now the order shipped on Friday. I kept pleading the customer care guy to ship it early so I atleast get by Saturday. The delivery date was showing on Tuesday next week. My anniversary was on Saturday and I missed my gift. Fast forward, I go to office on Monday as I know the order will come on Tuesday but then dhl decided to deliver on Monday and as I wasn't home, they went back. I had to finish work and then head over to dhl before they closed to collect the parcel. I sent an escalation email too and it's been days I've not heard from anyone at all. This is how they treat their customers. Not ordering again.

Personal care for such a small order:
Graphic review, sending for approval, recommending changes, applying changes, contact by sales for a small price difference (moving to double sided print), answering a billing question by support. All very quick and kind.
Quality of the paper and print was very good.
Delivery was quick as promised.
Only thing that wasn’t clear is weather I could make a double sided print for what I chose, and how to upload the creative for the second side. Only in the preview from the graphic review o could see that an option.

We are sorry for the situation that has caused. We will try to explain the situation to you. You registered the order 21.2.2024, the next day 22.2.2024 it was made and sent according shipping company UPS. The order was completed on time, from our side. First delay of package was 23.2.2024, when the package was already in Belgium. The package wasn ´t delivered due to of incorrect delivery address. You contacted us, to solve the situation with shipping company, which we did. Then, we received the request from your side about redirected package to another delivery address. We comunicated this request with shipping company UPS. We apologize for the delay, but shipment was delayted due to an incorrect delivery address and redirected package to another address. We register, that you have already received the package.

The representative Simona, was attentive, patient and completed the business card layout according to my EXACT wants and needs! I only have prise for her, and the quality of business cards Expresta delivered for my business. I will recommend Expresta to everyone I come in contact with... rather then dealing with small unprofessional and demanding little print shops!
