Hi Claudia, thank you for your review. You made the purchase during the vacation period for this reason we took longer than usual 🙏 To make up for the wait, shipping was free as mentioned in the header of the website. We remind you that we make all the items handmade in our workshop and normally it takes 3/4 days of preparation + confection and 24h shipping to Spain. But we are sorry if you had a bad feeling in your first purchase. Thanks for trusting a local brand!
