The products are awesome, and it is really impressive how Rawblade has evolved from a pure manufacturer supplying retailers into an independent brand with its own store. The pricing is good as well. What I do not like is the returns process. I would love to see a more streamlined and customer friendly return service. I also do not like the AI generated photos in the product descriptions. But other than that, I really love the various garments I have bought here.

Cards are very high quality and fun to play with. Pouch is a tad too small but honestly, I'd give a 5/5 to the product. Biggest issue was the service; I had to wait an entire month before my request got processed due to internal issues and later the order got delayed by the shipping company without me being contacted, resulting in me having to reach out thrice before my product arrived 2 months after I ordered it (instead of 3-6 business days). I'm going to assume I was the exception, not the rule, so if you don't see other reviews with this issue just ignore me and assume this was a 5/5.

I really like the boots I ordered so far. However, when I placed my order there was a bug that caused it to not process properly on the shop's side. I reached out right away but customer service was slow to respond - I reached out twice via email and then to their social media person who was the one who finally pushed them to respond to me after nearly a week - they assured me the order was fixed but still did not send me a confirmation email or any kind of documentation of my order in spite of the fact I asked twice. My second request for this information was never responded to. I received a shipping notification about a month later - I expected a longer turnaround time so that was fine, but being essentially in "limbo" when it came to the actual existence of my order, especially considering the couple hundred dollars was taken from my account, was not ideal. Would I recommend based on the product quality? Yes. Would I recommend based on my experience with customer service as a first time buyer? Hard no.

I was initially concerned about my order because they're quite slow to respond to emails. I ordered hoping that it would arrive before an event later this month (March). Being that it was coming to the US from Spain, I expected that it could be late. I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only did the product arrive in about 9 days, the quality is OUTSTANDING! The detail, the craftsmanship, the leather are all better than I expected especially at the price point. The fit is perfect as well. I ordered a large based on chest and shoulder size (I'm pretty fit at 5'8.5" and about 180lbs) and once the sides are laced up it's a perfect fit. Rawblade has a customer for life with me!

All items I have ordered are great. The shipping was fast. Small medieval buckles look good, a custom made medieval boots are made of great quality leather, the size is good. Maybe special measurements should be provided or asked making custom Items, because everyone has different complexity. The boots are a bit wide for me as high boots, I’ll have to fix it. But the quality and model is great, I will recommend it, of course. Thank you!
