The image resolution was very good, as well as the matte finish. The only issue was that the images were cut unevenly and imprecisely. I needed two images that I could glue together, but I wasn’t able to because they were not the same size due to the inaccurate cutting. With a bit more attention to precise cutting, everything would be fine.

Very disappointed with my recent photo order
I’m very disappointed with my recent order. Out of 5 photos, 4 arrived cropped and about half a centimeter smaller than expected. I’ve written several times to your customer service to ask if you could resend the photos in the correct dimensions, but I haven’t received any reply.
The print quality itself is good, but the service has been extremely poor.

Im waiting for more than 3 weeks for my order. I asked via mail for urgent sent out and I received only an „ok“ but till today nothing happend I don’t received any order information or anything… it should be an gift for an birthday but it’s to late now.. I ordered another gift and paid the double now because the gift with the photos are not coming… very sad and bad service !!

Hi Marianna, We shipped your order as indicated on December 5th, you are indeed our first customer from Cyprus. Apparently, the courier is having issues with delivery, which is very unfortunate for both you and us. If the package does not arrive before Christmas, we will refund the purchase amount.
