Great: speed, quality of packaging, price To be improved: local delivery. The DHL delivery driver openen our mailbox with force (without key) and pushed the Parcel inside. This damaged parcel and mailbox. In our instructions we asked to delivery the following day. Also that parcels can be left in the shed in the hall

Clarity and response is very good. Got my lens pretty fast for an abroad border service. All in all i'm satisfied, i promise i will also take you in considerating for a new purchase in the future. If there is something wrong with my lens, you're not that far away also ( Munster/Osnabruck) so bring it service no problem either.

Mi sono trovato davvero benissimo, ho già ordinato due volte e l' ultimo prodotto era un treppiede Gitzo molto costoso quindi mi sono fidato ed ho fatto bene perché il prodotto è perfetto, imballato benissimo in condizioni perfette. L' unica cosa per migliorare ancora che mi può venire in mente e la velocità della spedizione che comunque va bene.

Pre-orderd faster shipped than expected

Pre-orderd a camera and accesoires early May this year. Was already deliverd begin June. Good communication about shipping and when camera would be deliverd. Order was complete when I received it (camera and accesoires).

Disappointed with automated cancellation (Order #8311950), but long-time customer

have been a customer of Foto Erhardt and generally very satisfied with my purchases, but this time there was a major issue with customer service regarding my initial order, #8311950. I placed an order for a drone that I urgently needed for a scheduled project. After ordering, I was asked for my VAT number, which I replied to immediately via email. Unfortunately, my email was ignored, and after 6 days, that order was abruptly cancelled without any prior warning or further notice. As a result, I had to wait for the refund, place a brand new order, and go through unnecessary stress. Even though the second order was processed correctly and I received the drone yesterday, the mistake with the first order caused a lot of friction and delays for my business. I hope they improve their email response times to avoid this happening to other professionals.

Great selection & value

I’ve ordered from Foto Erhardt quite a few times because I always find exactly what I need. Since I’m in Ireland, the prices here are about 5–20% higher than in Germany, so Erhards really offers a fantastic selection and great value!

Why does delivery outside of Germany but within the EU take such a long time and why is it so much more expensive than within the country? The parcel seemed to stand still for two days at one point. Finland is not that much farther away than Southern Germany is from the Northern part of the country. Anyway everything went fine and I’m happy with the product.

Products excellent and as described. The torch I ordered was evidently older stock because the included batteries had leaked and were past the use-by date by about 2 years, but the product itself was otherwise in new, undamaged condition.

Shipping should be free and bad customer support

Products it's good and original. Shipping to Portugal should be free above a certain amount. €15 is still a lot of money and not even next day delivery (after processing). Terrible customer supper, never had an answer when I sended email in English ou German.

Awesome stuff

Honestly, really good quality goods, I bought some analogue cameras and they are in near mint condition. They work wonderfully as well and were surprisingly affordable. The lenses that came with, are incredible as well
