I searched for "binoculars" to better study larger paintings (e.g., Rubens 6m x 4.6m) and frescoes (distance up to about 20m). At the same time, the instrument should be suitable for close viewing (distance approx. 1m) and weigh as little as possible. After a pre-selection, I contacted Foto Erhardt by email and asked for a comment on my selection. The advisory reply came quickly and met my expectations. The subsequent online purchase was straightforward. The product was delivered quickly. What more could you want?

The ordered goods were not immediately available for delivery. I was informed about this. When I inquired a few days later whether the order could be changed to store pickup, I almost simultaneously learned that the order would have needed to be set up anew and almost at the same time came the message that the goods were already on their way. Such things can always happen and then to receive immediate feedback is ideal.

Everything great. The only thing that I found could be improved was the check-out: Unfortunately, during the order/payment process, the delivery address was not very clearly visible. As a result, I noticed that due to my payment method (PayPal), an old delivery address had crept in. In the end, I had to order twice because it was urgent. But everything went smoothly, would gladly do it again.

I am very satisfied with Foto Erhardt! I had the opportunity to try out the Minox 8x34 binoculars locally at a store and take a look through them. The Minox was shortlisted alongside an excellent 'GPO' binoculars 8x32 mm, which I also got to handle beforehand. But for half the price, the Minox glass was really great for me, and the difference wasn’t that significant to spend almost 400 euros on the GPO binoculars. Ultimately, I ordered the Minox X-Tour 8x34 mm online at Foto Erhardt; it wasn't cheaper, but at the same price, I could pay in 4 monthly installments without additional costs! Now comes the decisive part…: Fast shipping on Friday, and the DHL package with the new Minox binoculars arrived on Saturday. Upon unpacking, I immediately noticed a plastic adhesive residue on the otherwise well-processed binoculars; upon further inspection, I also detected a manufacturing defect at the top of the eyepiece; there was a small foreign object under the firmly glued eyepiece rubber, which became visible inside through the rubber when twisted. This would certainly have turned white and probably even become brittle over time. So I packed everything up again and went directly to Foto Erhardt on Monday. At the Westerkappeln location, there are only offices and online trading, so I was kindly referred to the shop in Osnabrück. So, I went to the shop in the middle of downtown Osnabrück. There, the same binoculars were once again originally packed and unopened in stock. In comparison, the flaw was immediately recognized there too, and after consultation, they exchanged the binoculars 1:1 on the spot. Now everything is fine, and I am very satisfied with the new Minox binoculars. Thank you!

Briefly: Order arrived promptly—was very neatly packaged—also seems to work. I am curious about the possibilities of use. Unfortunately, there are no tips in the manual for using the necessary film viewer apps—so I just have the bare plate in front of me. Luckily, the AI explained this to me before I bought it. I would still appreciate a couple of words on further use.

The lens I received was exactly what I expected. It is worth noting - as happened in my case - that they sometimes list items they don't have in stock at that exact moment. As a result, I had to wait about a week for it to ship. However, despite the delay, my overall experience was excellent. This isn't my first purchase from them; they are true professionals. ------ Das Objektiv, das ich erhalten habe, entspricht genau meinen Erwartungen. The goods arrived within three days. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to test the function yet because the suitable camera was not available in the desired configuration at either OM-System or Foto Erhardt. I then found it at another retailer and ordered it simultaneously—it also arrived after three days—but it was the wrong camera and in the wrong configuration. I hope it will soon be in stock at Foto Erhardt so I can order it here. Foto Erhardt definitely has my recommendation!

I ordered a spotting scope and was still unsure after the initial check. The next day I ordered another significantly more expensive one for comparison. Each time the delivery was fast and well-packaged. After a detailed comparison from the terrace, it was clear: The more expensive one was actually better, but the overall package was absolutely right with the cheaper one. The more expensive one was sent back and the purchase price refunded without any issues. Returning a tested device in absolutely perfect condition goes without saying. Very good experience with Foto Ehrhardt - not my first.

Unfortunately, my order was not delivered to me at all even though the DHL status indicated 'delivered'. I was pleasantly surprised by Foto Erhardt's customer service. Although the problem lay with the shipping provider, Foto Erhardt resolved the matter in a straightforward and customer-oriented manner and refunded me the purchase price without any issues. The communication was friendly and the process was completely hassle-free. Especially in such situations, it shows how important good customer service is. The goods arrived intact and well packaged at my place. Everything is fine so far, and if I hadn't already bought quite a bit of photography equipment from the competitor, I would have given the full 5 stars. At Foto K**h, the invoice is placed in a separate envelope within the package. To me, this seems much more valuable and also distinguishes itself slightly from the competition. You can understand it or not, and maybe even smile about it. This is the reason why I always check Foto K**h first and only look to other providers if I don't find what I'm looking for there. Binoculars I had been searching online for a long time for suitable binoculars to meet my needs, and I initially ordered the Nikon ProStaff 8x42 online. Unfortunately, I discovered that these large binoculars were too unwieldy and heavy for my needs after I held them in my hands. Fortunately, Foto Erhardt also has a store in the city where I live (which I was not aware of before), so I was able to try out various binoculars on site and finally - after excellent advice - decided on a compact binocular from the brand Voigtländer. I returned the Nikon Pro Staff to the retailer, and the transaction went smoothly. The purchase price has since been refunded. I am now satisfied with the new binoculars, look forward to their use, and can only praise the service and advice on site.

Good, understandable, and relevant product description. Good suggestions for necessary accessories. One point of criticism: "Paul", the sales AI, claimed that the USB cable for charging was included with the camera (Sony Alpha 6700). But that's not true! (I had asked if the charging device was included with the camera.) Maybe you should highlight truly important accessories more clearly. Especially filters to protect the lens. A matter of taste, a suggestion.
