Lieferung und Produkte sind perfekt. Ein kleines Problem gibt es damit, die richtige Internetseite von Vitaminexpress zu bekommen, damit auch nach Kroatien verendet wird. Da ist noch Handlungsbedarf!
I am writing regarding my recent order in which I mistakenly selected the wrong Omega-3 product.
Less than one to one and a half hours after placing the order, I contacted you by email and clearly requested that the order not be shipped and that the product be changed to Vegan Omega-3 instead. At that time, the order had not yet been processed or dispatched, and the package had not left your facility.
The situation is especially concerning because the order consists of three boxes, each containing 120 capsules, which is a large quantity and not a minor purchase.
Despite my prompt message, I was informed several days later that the package had already been sent. This information is not accurate, as the order could have been corrected immediately after my email. Unfortunately, this was not done, which reflects a lack of proper responsibility in handling the request.
I acted quickly and responsibly to prevent this issue, yet my request was ignored.

leider ist inzwischen alles auf Englisch, diese Sprache habe ich nie sehr gut gelernt und verstehe leider recht wenig. Zweitens dauert die Lieferung inzwischen viel zu lange, für mich leider ein Grund wo anders meine Nahrungsergänzung zu kaufen
