Excellent service. Perfect product. And the price, including the purchase price with the shipping, is kind of unbelievable, especially considering it had to be shipped from Europe to the United States. The ONLY thing I would not give 5 stars to is the length of time it took to get to me after I placed the order, but that is completely understandable and acceptable, and is due to the distance it had to travel and also to the U.S. Customs department taking a good amount of time to process it and send it on. I could not be happier or more satisfied with your company and your service. Thank you SO much!
I emailed HWG on 20/08/24 about the wrong items they sent me, Support ticket 'Order Number 11159633' is registered under number 3836062161.
Haven’t heard nor received any email from them yet, they responded to my request via email about making a return which is i presume standard procedure.
Another sad thing in this case is the return itself, i have received the wrong product yet i have to finance the return myself, i certainly don’t agree that the customer should pay in these cases.
You see i was very satisfied with my previous order 11150939 and did share it with others now I'm not, not because i had to pay my self for the return but for not responding to my email.
I was even thinking to place another order giving you guys more business, now i will do business with some other store.

HWG sent the wrong items/Not responding to email

There was no instruction with the watch band and I did not realize the two tools that were to help change the band were just that and not a pin that was supposed to fit. Had to bring it to watchmaker to actually change since I could not figure out the tools were not pins until the watch repair representative told me.

We do not send the paper with the instructions, but we do have a section on the website with some videos that explain all the procedure step by step!
We do have the pins and the tools available on the website, but they are in different sections.

One thing that needs improvement is the reply in communication. After I made my purchase, same minute I sent an email to customer support to add my door bell name in shipping. Reply came after three days, and the order has been already sent.
