Hi Filipe, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As you can see in the email sent on 07/01, your order was handed over to the postal services on that date. From that moment onwards, the shipment is managed by an international logistics provider, who then forwards parcels to the different national postal partners (in your case, Malta Post). Unfortunately, once the parcel enters this phase, we no longer have direct control over its physical movement. During that period, there were severe weather conditions and heavy snow in the Netherlands, which caused delays and backlogs across several postal networks. This appears to have affected your shipment. Regarding your comment about the information provided: we always share the most accurate status available to us at the time. The update showing “handed to the shipping company” shortly after our reply was an unfortunate coincidence, but it does not mean that incorrect information was intentionally provided — we never aim to mislead and always try to be as transparent as possible. We are, of course, pleased to hear that you have now received your order, even though it arrived later than initially estimated, and we regret the inconvenience caused by the delay.
