Great website. One of the best prices online for OEM longines bracelets.very fast delivery, got my package in 3 days which is crazy fast from netherland to US. The one thing i wish they had is the right tool for install tue bracelet. The tool they suggested was not the right one. They need to offer the Professional Spring Bar Tweezers. The tool they sold me is only good for removing the strap not to install new bracelet. Overall happy with the product itself and service

The item is as described but terrible customer service
The item is as described, and it itself is of good quality. I am happy with the product, but not with Holland Watch Group. On my first purchase, I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when I contacted Holland Watch Group about a replacement, they said that they would process it and send me the correct size once they received the original. Upon delivery of the original package back to Holland, they learned that there was no replacement in stock, so they just refunded me the exact price of the item. They did not let me know in advance about this, and when I told them to change it because I did not want money back and instead I was willing to wait for a replacement, they just said that they couldn't change anything since the money was already refunded (without my knowledge). I was now out of the shipping fee, and I still had no watch strap. I had to pay for everything all over again, including shipping and tax. I live in the United States, so this was a big fee for me. All of this could have been avoided if Holland Watch Group reached out to me about the correct size not being in stock and asked what I wanted to do.
