Excellent service. Perfect product. And the price, including the purchase price with the shipping, is kind of unbelievable, especially considering it had to be shipped from Europe to the United States. The ONLY thing I would not give 5 stars to is the length of time it took to get to me after I placed the order, but that is completely understandable and acceptable, and is due to the distance it had to travel and also to the U.S. Customs department taking a good amount of time to process it and send it on. I could not be happier or more satisfied with your company and your service. Thank you SO much!

I emailed HWG on 20/08/24 about the wrong items they sent me, Support ticket 'Order Number 11159633' is registered under number  3836062161. Haven’t heard nor received any email from them yet, they responded to my request via email about making a return which is i presume standard procedure. Another sad thing in this case is the return itself, i have received the wrong product yet i have to finance the return myself, i certainly don’t agree that the customer should pay in these cases. You see i was very satisfied with my previous order 11150939 and did share it with others now I'm not, not because i had to pay my self for the return but for not responding to my email. I was even thinking to place another order giving you guys more business, now i will do business with some other store. Kind regards Chris.

HWG sent the wrong items/Not responding to email

I emailed HWG on 20/08/24 about the wrong items they sent me, Support ticket 'Order Number 11159633' is registered under number  3836062161. Haven’t heard nor received any email from them yet, they responded to my request via email about making a return which is i presume standard procedure. Another sad thing in this case is the return itself, i have received the wrong product yet i have to finance the return myself, i certainly don’t agree that the customer should pay in these cases. DHL. I paid a premium for express delivery. The delivery was with DHL. Not only was the service not "premium" it was probably the worst service experience possible. From their inability to deliver, inability to track the package coupled with horrific and incompetent customer service. Finally after 12 days I had to go to their distribution center to pick up the package myself. The experience was enough that I would never do business with you again. As a company you should seriously reconsider your reliance on DHL, their performance impacts your reputation and customer satisfaction.

We are sorry to read about this review, especially because you are rating our customer service as very poor, but we never received any email or communication from you about the delivery problem. We are not sure where is the rating coming from, if you never dealt with us. If we are not notified, by phone or email, about any issue related to deliveries, I hope you understand we cannot help. We can only see now, after you reporting this issue to us now, that DHL tried to deliver the package but the recipient was not home, for this reason the package was left at the pick up point. According to the information provided to me, the order was scheduled for delivery on October 19th. However, today, on October 22nd, the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered. In reality, I have not received any package, and my mailbox remains empty. I have not received any notifications from the courier service or the postal service regarding the delivery.
