I like the efficiency in ordering parts and confirming work in progress and shipments. I suggest to improve the situation, to give a precise reference in the website of each finishing limit, that is if I choose basic, instead of professional, but the only images of that material always show the perfet finishing, than I don't expect when I get the piece to have a side completely filled with dots of supporting material...
Being wide the range of materials to choose it's hard to know them all from our side, so referncial precise and complete images would be great..
