Good platform, frustrating packaging
The platform itself is good and the pricing is fair. That is exactly what makes the packaging so frustrating.
We order for several thousand euros a year and regularly buy larger parts, often more than 150€ each. These repeatedly arrive several to a single large zip bag, where they rub against each other during transport and get scuffed. We have added an explicit note not to do this in the ordering process, and it still happens every single time.
This is the exact problem that made us leave our previous supplier. The parts themselves are fine, but careless packaging undermines the whole thing. A bit of separation or padding for higher-value parts would solve it completely.

We had now within 1 week, with orders 2 different issues. Both looks like, that the automatic inspection failed, because we received bad printed parts and parts with powder rests.
We understand that the price model, works only in case the production is highly automized, but also this must be improved frequently to get the system better.
