Excellent customer service, responded swiftly and correct to my inquiries, small modifications to the project were done without a problem. Best price available, no extra costs. Production and delivery went as scheduled, and the final product was everything I had expected it to be. I will definitely consider their services again in the future.

The platform itself is good and the pricing is fair. That is exactly what makes the packaging so frustrating. We order for several thousand euros a year and regularly buy larger parts, often more than 150€ each. These repeatedly arrive several to a single large zip bag, where they rub against each other during transport and get scuffed. We have added an explicit note not to do this in the ordering process, and it still happens every single time. This is the exact problem that made us leave our previous supplier. The parts themselves are fine, but careless packaging undermines the whole thing. A bit of separation or padding for higher-value parts would solve it completely. Good platform, fair prices, but the packaging needs serious attention.

La mia esperienza con Weerg è stata estremamente positiva. Ho realizzato alcuni espositori personalizzati e il risultato finale ha rispecchiato perfettamente quanto progettato. Mi avvalgo abbastanza spesso dei servizi di Weerg, si quelli completamente automatizzati sia con supporto tecnico diretto nei casi più complessi e ho riscontrato sempre massima disponibilità, rapidità e competenza

E inutile avere dei macchinari di stampaggio 3d supertecnologici e centri CNC di ultima generazione , se poi non siete in grado da parte del vostro Costumer Service di risolvere i problemi creati da voi durante le produzioni , perchè non avete un Quality standar di controllo le promesse che scrivete nel vostro sito , da me onestamente sono state disattese , nonostante la fiducia che vi ho dato STESSO PRODOTTO riordinato tre volte Il primo ordine tutto ok , ma nei 2 riordini successivi , presentavano difetti di stampaggio e lavorazione meccanica , Mancanza di controllo Due persone costumer service Signora Elena e signor Simone S. NONOSTANTE avete verificato che era un vostro problema di quality standar in produzione Nonostante vi ho segnalato e aiutato a capire quale era il vostro problema per risolvere i difetti vostri produttivi . La risposta del signor SIMONE S. è stata , mi mandi indietro i pezzi che la rimborsiamo per cio che io avevo speso ANZICHE risolvere il problema da voi causato applicando una produzzione piu attenta è stato piu facile per voi dire: CI RIMANDI I PEZZI E LA RIMBORSIAMO , nonostante il danno era riparabile da parte vostra Complimenti ..... ricordatevi che passare dalle stelle alle stalle è un attimo

Smooth quoting process. Fast deliveries. Have been a customer for 7 years now. Both ordering prototypes in metal and MJF but also MJF parts for production in 1000+ yearly volume. Very satisfied

Received the laser cut aluminium trims with some scuff marks on one side. Some prep works was required. Price was very low though so that was a very slight annoyance. Packed safely and very well.

I already wrote a review in German, but I'm happy to do so again in English. As always, the quality of the 3D printing parts is excellent, and the order arrived earlier than expected. So far, so good. The only thing that stands out are the tiered prices, which make CNC milled parts in particular unaffordable for our company.

Brilliant service as always. i forgot to add a file in my original order so i made a new order a few days later. To my surprise i received all parts early in one package. Top quality. I have made over 20 orders and every time has been a great experience.
