When we ordered the shipment back in March we were told a turn around time of 6 weeks. We got to about week 7 and still had no news on when our item would arrive. It shipped out and HALF of it arrived the other half arrived the next day, after numerous calls and wasted time to try and work out what had happened as the delivery guys had no clue. The state of the boxes were awful, it looked like they had been bounced across the channel (badly packaged and delivered carelessly) - so we were not surprised to find that numerous pieces were damaged. To make matters worse in 2 places the wrong connections had been fitted so we couldn't even fit the units together. When contacting customer services they said they could have the new parts to us in two weeks, three weeks later after numerous chase ups they were shipped - we are now in Mid-June and yet again only half of the new (and hopefully correct, but we shall see) pieces have arrived with the delivery guys have no idea when the second parcel will arrive. I am utterly gobsmacked at the incompetence of this company - the items themselves would be beautiful but honestly DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have never received such shambolic and utterly disappointing service in my life. I should note we have been given a slight refund but a very small amount considering we have had half made furniture and boxes stuck in our living room for well over a month now. I say again, avoid this company at all costs.
