I cannot say enough good things about Théodore and the entire Enlaps team. We are repeat customers and each time the customer service constantly improves. Although my office is in the United States, I can attest that phone and email communication is always answered with a quick response. I honestly have no issues to date. I look forward to working with Théodore and Enlaps again in the near future.

Customer service and FAQ needs to improve if we continue investing in your platform and solution. We need the support to grow our business, and we do that by streamlining the technical issues we have monthly with the software and hardware. It's quite frustrating to think your subscription model is one of the most expensive on the market for licensing software that is "janky" at the best of times!

Great camera but expensive subscription

The camera itself is a great. I love the image quality. It’s worked flawlessly via T-Mobile sim. It’s maintained power very well with its built in solar panel all year round. Now the software and subscription pricing is another matter. The software and subscription should be an easier process. Also the monthly subscription price is very expensive. It would be nice to have one good price for two or three camera subscriptions. Paying per camera is infuriating especially when you are cycling them and they are not always in use.

shady business practices.

I've had their cameras for a few years - and over time they have decreased functionality on the free software tier and forced users into paying for subcriptions. Fair enough... but these subscriptions get increasingly more and more expensive. There is no warning from the company. One day you log in, and hey - the subscription has increase in price by 100% in the past you could purchase 1, 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions. Now you either have 1 or 12 month options. Timelapse work doesn't happen in perfect 12 month intervals... So you are often forced onto the very expensive 1 month tier. They could do simple things - like let people upload photos to their own FTP servers and bypass the enlaps servers entirely. This is basic functionality that nearly all IP cameras on the market let you do. Be aware of buying these cameras. You are not buying something that can just be used out of the box - you are buying an expensive monthly subscription.

From time to time, we adjust the plans and pricing with the goal of meeting the diverse expectations of our customers, ranging from photography enthusiasts shooting a few hundred pictures to service companies managing several dozen cameras. The latest pricing model change you mentioned was introduced 8 months ago to provide more flexibility, as the duration no longer needs to be chosen in advance. The monthly plan allows the user to stop at the exact duration of the project if needed, while still having the option to commit to a one-year duration for a greater discount on long projects. We would also like to mention that the Free plan has been improved with new features over the past years and months, such as the immersive view or the smart-selection video generation, for example. Prices are constantly increased

They constantly increase the price of subscriptions, without ever telling customers. Functionality on the web portal has been slowly reduced over the years, again without ever telling customers. The cameras are pretty much unusable unless you use their subscription.... You're not paying for a product, you're paying £1000 to be tied into an on-going monthly subscription.

Way too expensive subscription charges . Shaky bluetooth connection doesn't inspire confidence when setting up.Web connectivity problems online also don't inspire confidence. Camera mis-sold as 4K.. You only get 4K with. the subscription. I understand features need to be held back on the free version but taking away 4K feels unlawful given that is what you sold the camera to me on.
