I did have occasion to contact the staff to confer about the unit's operation. They responded quickly to my questions with helpful information about that. The staff followed up with me to determine I had heard back from the supplier. I was overall quite impressed with both the vaporizers I purchased and their post-purchase support. It's lovely when we have positive experiences that impress upon us in good ways. Thanks!

I bought a Pulsar Dl and when I received it it didn't work. The battery doesn't seem to work because I tried several different charging wires. I have written to the company about 5 times for 3 weeks and the problem is still not solved... I just ask for a functional device but they do nothing to solve the problem. After 3 weeks of trying to solve the problem, I am still waiting for an answer from them to get a functional device.... Shit service
