Was super happy to see they had just the right part I needed. Original manufacturer didn't have it and would have charged a bunch to ship if they did have it (more than the cost of the part). I would suggest you don't include all the extras for the desktop Arizer. Just a basic setup without balloons, is perfect. If people want balloons, they can order separately. I also think you should include 3 cup screens in the package as we always need to keep those rotating.

batterie, cleaning and chamber capacity
The batterie needs to be charge after 3 uses (aprox 3-4 Times a Day). Is this normal? It also needs to be clean at least once a day or else it would be to dirty to use and it become hard to take a drag. The chamber in wich we put the herb is way to smal. It would be more convenient if I didn’t have to empty it and reloaded between each use.
