Was super happy to see they had just the right part I needed. Original manufacturer didn't have it and would have charged a bunch to ship if they did have it (more than the cost of the part). I happen to live reasonably close so chose the pick-up option. The person helping me was awesome and we had a really fun chat. Purchased 3 paxes 1st one lasted ok. 2nd quit 3-4 months. Not so sure about this 3rd one. I’ve had it about a month or so acting up already. I think I’ll be trying a different company if anything happens again. I thought Pax was supposed to be a good brand. Turning out to be garbage. 3 in a couple of years. That’s crazy.
