TL;DR - Great simple shop with good prices, support might be a bit slow. 5/5 recommend! I was not familiar with this site, and this was my first time ordering vape-related stuff online. Since the design UI looks simple/outdated a bit in some area, I was suspicious, after placing the order I also mailed support, it took them ~2.5 days to reply BUT... They did give me a refund following a small issue that I had in checkout - no questions asked, no bullshit. They were professional. The prices are good. I got the shipment way way faster then the listed amount of days. The pack came with other goodies inside which was a pleasant surprise. I do recommend the shop to increase a bit their online reputation, even a simple Instagram or some blog post with people from the shop - so it's easier for customers to understand this is legit, as it's hard for first-timers to trust shops as there are many scams out there. My first and only purchase was two 510 universal batteries- the Honeystick twist battery and Dr Dabber. I use Milky Way catridges, 1 gram, and neither of these batteries works for the cartridges. The Honeystick battery came with a charger that didn't work and the battery only works occasionally so I can't rely on it. The Dr Dabber battery charges fine but does not work at all with the Milky Way cartridges. Very disappointing purchase. The Honeystick battery looks exactly like the ones Milky Way used to sell, I'm not sure why it doesn't work the same.
