I appreciated the quick response to my e-mails and the rapidity of my order being ready for pick up.
Nice safe neighbourhood for pick up, in Orléans! Friendly gentleman at the door.
I strongly recommend this website! I could not get replacement tubing (whip) for my Arizer for almost 2 years. Dispensaries do not have them and Puffalot never had them in stock whenever I called.
I never received the 2 I ordered from Amazon last year.
The price is right. The equivalent of tubing would have been $60 + taxes at a store. At Vaporizer.ca, I paid $24.98 + tax!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product. This company did offer to provide a refund if I refused the delivery of the package, which I did.
I got a refund, minus the shipping which I expected; however, they did not refund the entire purchase - I was left shorted about $8.50 on a $39 order. That's about 21%
Restocking fee I guess? Although I appreciate the refund, this incident left me feeling jaded . I do not think that I will purchase from them again in the future.

Hello Felix, Thank you for your review. We processed the refund minus the shipping charges. Shipping fees apply to sending the item to you, but also when the item is returned to us. We waived the restocking fee and only charged for the shipping (at a discounted rate). Canada Post doesn't send anything for free, even returned mail. We apologize if this wasn't made clear to you.

The device I purchased was faulty from the start. I had to contact the manufacturer directly to find a resolution. In my opinion, something faulty in the box should have been replaced by the seller and not treated like it was a warranty claim. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting on a part from the manufacturer.

I expected more from an almost $100 vape. The mouth piece showed hairline cracks (likely from the heat) and the gasket around it failed by expanding so it no longer provides a good seating seal, both after less than a month of use.
Shitty product if you ask me. Even if the mouth piece and gasket is replaced it will still happen to the replacement. One should get an aluminum vaper that will not crack or need a seal.

Ordered some screens for a vaporizer jan 15 still have not received the product. Paid $11 for delivery when a $0.50 stamp would of got the screens here quicker!

first unit barely outlasted the warranty but I was so impressed I ordered a second ghost which did not last three weeks.these are the first duds purchased from your company.what makes it worse is that the ghost mv1 is a beautiful machine.sorry for the negativity.

i've been ordering parts for my DBV from these guys for over a decade, wvery single wand i have ordered ahs been different and the quality is getting worse and worse...
this one was so poor and the whip did not even fit inside the ID of the wand furnished....
