My experience is only in the initial stage and so far I am very satisfied with using the device. Its app works excellently, I charge my Kia EV3. I purchased it for its protections and because I think it's a reliable product. A suggestion I can make is to make it possible to adjust the charging current setting, for example from 10 to 13 amperes, by setting 11;12; etc. via the app.

Following recent purchase of EV car and delay in installing a Wallbox I purchased a portable charger for immediate use at home and for future use if needed when travelling. Good price compared to others available on the market. Arrived via courier with no problems, packaging secure, instructions limited but useful. First operation went well. Used again since and am happy that it does all that was promised, is easy to use, packs away in its case quite compactly and does the job required.

The cable and the device fulfill their function, they are of quality, but compared to other brands, the price is somewhat high. Something better was expected for that price. All explanations, manual, screens, connection instructions, etc., are in English or German, lacking in Spanish, although the utilization is simple. The Spanish version was inquired about and no response was given. The digital connections, Bluetooth and WiFi, can be improved, as they do not function entirely well. The management screen is small and with barely readable data. The carrying bag is of poor quality. The delivery is said to be within 24 hours, and it took three days from the first working day.

The products from Voldt are of great quality, and I’m very happy with what I received. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. It took around two months to finally receive my complete order. One package was lost during shipping, and when the second package arrived, it only contained part of the products I had purchased. The quality of the products is excellent, but the shipping and order fulfillment process could definitely be improved.

This portable home charger is easy to use and working very well, my only suggestion is the possibility to set up charge current value in the APP, because despite there is the possibility to make a personalized choice (i.e. 5A), in fact the charger will work only from 8A charge above.

Fast delivery and product matches the description. I've used it for a short time, but it's working fine so far. Well made and sturdy. I would definitely improve the graphics of the mobile application. Maybe make it more engaging and add some more real-time monitoring features.

This is my second order with Voldt, mainly because of the reliability and fast delivery. How reliable they really are only became apparent when the home charger showed a defect after a few uses. After sending a message, it was handled incredibly quickly. Quick response, very good service, and I received a new one sent to me. Super!

By email quickly a detailed response to my question about which charger is most suitable. Accidentally ordered two but this was immediately resolved. However, it turned out that we didn't have the right one, and after phone contact, the money was immediately refunded and a correct charger delivered. Very satisfied with the process. Tip; better reachable by phone, as a customer you hear that the mailbox is full???

I particularly liked the contact and quick response from the sales team. The technology works, as does the unique WLAN setup. After I unplugged the charging cable from the CEE socket, the WLAN understandably disconnected. I was assured that I could safely leave the cable in. Upon plugging it back in, the WLAN automatically reconnected. Great service and technology too. I'm pleased I chose a European product.

On a first order, I made a mistake in choosing the cable. I requested a return, and everything went well. The refund took a bit long, but I eventually received it after 12 days. Meanwhile, I had to quickly order a second cable (the correct one this time), and there was an issue with this second order (no confirmation received), resulting in, after checking with your services (no second order recorded), a third order. Everything is resolved now, but the lack of confirmation for the second order caused a significant outflow of money. I don't know what might have happened, as the person in the email exchange informed me that there was no other ongoing order than the first.

This is an updated review after the cable was finally delivered - this was no fault of Voldt at all, and was caused by UPS. The cable is clearly of good quality and can be kept in a handy bag which came with the order. I really bought the 22kwh cable specifically to use away from home where no tethered cable was attached to faster chargers, as happened on holiday twice recently. However, I have used it on my 7kwh home charger and am pleased that it does what it is supposed to do, so 5* for me.

The transaction was very good, ordered, delivered and informed of all steps. The charger works excellently, the integration into the home WiFi went smoothly. I would find it great if charging could be activated via RFID to prevent misuse of charging. Or at least charge activation only via app, that would already be a small help, perhaps something like that can be retrofitted. And an email dispatch with the data of the charging sessions with the information. Then one could leave the charger connected and have an overview of the charges. Another improvement suggestion would be to be able to enter the price per kilowatt-hour to get the costs immediately displayed. Overall, everything works excellently, but there can still be real improvements to the software.

Excellent assembly, it's important to make good preparations so that the installer does not face surprises, in our case, I knew that the location in the crawl space where the meter box is located was very difficult to access due to a narrow manhole. The installer was a fairly large man who couldn't fit through!\nI carried out the penetration and assembly myself there. It also helps to lift the paving stones where the cable needs to go in.

I have a Keba KC-P30 x series and wanted to extend the firmly attached cable to the wallbox with their cable. The cables can be connected and their cable also fits Polestar 2. But no electricity flows, it obviously doesn't work that way - for safety reasons. 16 m of cable (6+10) would probably be too long. Do you have an idea how I could make it work with your cable and the Keba Wallbox? Could I return the cable?

Easy to use At the first connection, I was surprised, the charge started immediately with 16A. It was a bit of a puzzle to reduce the charging speed. When using the app, it is noticeable that data from the last charging session is not immediately available and not easily accessible later. This is because the cable is already stored in the trunk. The app then only indicates that the cable is offline… Only in the next session are the data from the previous session available.

We ordered a product from Voldt. Normally, we are very satisfied and would have given it 5 stars. However, they chose Seur as the transport company and unfortunately, the experience has been disastrous. Seur practically never delivers the packages to our address. Instead, they usually send a message indicating that no one was home, even though that is not true. Without attempting delivery, they leave the package at a pickup point that I can only reach by car and which takes me at least 45 minutes to reach. This has not only happened with this order but with all deliveries we have received through Seur. Our neighbors also tell us exactly the same experiences. At this point, I even avoid buying from suppliers who work with Seur. It's a shame because until now, we have always been very satisfied with the product and the service from Voldt.

I accidentally ordered the wrong charging cable and wanted to exchange it. Since I found nothing on returns on the Voldt charging cable site, I asked through a contact form listed somewhere. Shortly after, I received a quick response email with a link to a return form. This form could be completed but not submitted from several devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone) (constant error message: "Page content is no longer valid, reload form"). Upon inquiry via email, I then received a DHL return label as a PDF attachment without further comment. With this, I took the return package to DHL and handed it over. When I hadn't heard anything from Voldt after a week, I asked again via email. Response (paraphrased): "All is well, invoice amount will be refunded". That also seems to have happened, as the invoice amount does not appear on the claims list with KLARNA (through which I paid). Conclusion: little transparency, many emails, much time spent. I've seen this handled better elsewhere.

Five well-deserved stars! I purchased this charger online and was truly impressed. The build quality is exceptional, solid, and so well-finished that it rivals the most renowned and expensive brands on the market. Additionally, I want to highlight a small detail that demonstrates extraordinary customer care: inside the package, I found a handwritten thank-you note. It was a really nice touch that I greatly appreciated and that makes a difference.😍😍 The only tiny downside was the delivery time, which was a bit longer than expected, but for such a great product and such attention, it is absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend it!

Great product that does what it says. The finish is of high quality. I ordered a charger that works with a normal outlet. This works super well and is truly an alternative for people who drive little instead of a much more expensive charging station. The accompanying app also works well and allows for delayed charging. The only criticism is the app's user manual. It is quite brief. I only managed to connect the device to the app after I googled. This can be easily improved, I think. Otherwise, I am very satisfied!
