Great company to deal with for parts for my Renault Laguna Coupe 2011. Better choice and price than other sites, including Ebay. Website is easy to navigate. Today I wanted to make an order but you did not have the most basic thing in stock - radiator hose 1343GT. I bought the hose, thermostat and other parts from autodoc instead without any problem so why you don't have it ? When I come to your site I want to buy all I need and pay one shipping instead of buying from different sources, especially as I live in Switzerland and have to pay duties and agency fees for EACH parcel separately on top of usually crazy shipping cost (always way more compared to e.g. Germany). Why don't you carry an aftermarket alternative if OEM is no longer available? You just seem arrogant (i.e. we have a position on the market and we don't care anymore) and lazy (i.e. why would we bother to take care of our customers).
By the way, the same story was for power steering hoses for my car (4012 A6, 4014 CZ), it was extremely frustrating that nobody bothered to get them made and sell in the aftermarket. After a lot of hassle I found what i needed and i repaired it myself with some rubber hose. But if you were a true specialist you would try to cater for your customers and you would fill this gap so we don't have to - and for that I would happily pay extra.

Great prices, good availability and good delivery times
Eurofrance has very good prices when compared with dealers, and sometimes even better than aftermarket. It has become a great source for my "old" Peugeots and family's cars.
They package the goods in a careful way, which is a great sign.
But we should always be thorough and confirm if everything is in good condition when we receive them. This obviously applies to buying through the dealers as well, so I'm not shaming Eurofrance for anything.
I frequently buy parts to keep in stock for future maintenance, and I've missed a defect in a timing belt idler and only noticed it months after, when I was about to install it.
Just a reminder that we should confirm everything is in good condition after receiving the package.
