Review summary
Customers overwhelmingly praise the build, functionality, and reliability of the products, often describing them as high-quality and robust. Many appreciate the fast shipping offered by the store, as well as the responsive and helpful customer service, especially when resolving issues. The straightforward returns and refund process is also viewed positively by most, and the website is generally considered clear and functional for ordering. However, there are reports of delivery delays or issues with carriers, and some customers find customer service communication to be slow or impersonal at times. The mobile app receives criticism for being basic, buggy, or in need of improvements. Some customers also point out delays or lack of transparency in the returns and refund process. Additionally, several reviewers express a need for clearer and more detailed instructions and product information, and mention occasional navigation or transparency issues on the website.

Quick and efficient
Hello
Satisfied with your services. The only downside is that it isn't too easy to find how to return an item when you've made a mistake. But after a few laborious clicks on your site, I returned the product that wasn't suitable for me, my account was credited, and I placed a new order that was delivered to me in the shortest possible time.

The charging cable overall gives a high-quality impression and functions reliably. The processing, handling, and charging performance meet my expectations.
However, I have a suggestion for improvement: On the Type-1 side, there should be an option to add a small padlock or another locking mechanism. This way, the cable could be better secured against unauthorized removal during charging. Particularly at public charging points, this would be a practical and meaningful detail.
Despite this point of criticism, I am overall satisfied with the cable and can recommend it.

Good and quality product and good customer service
Voldt is clearly a company with an eye for detail, a good product, and good customer service. The charging cable was neatly packaged in a cardboard box with a logo. Attached was a lovely handwritten card to thank me for the trust. The carrying bag is handy and practical. The cable feels of good quality and looks just fine. The module with display is clear and tidy. Works as stated. Nice product!

Looks like a solid device. No problems so far after using it about 5 times. The control button could be better, it's quite stiff. It would be nice to know where the app stores the data. It looks like a Tuya eco system. I would prefer that the device would have some memory to store charging data to be locally available via the app.

Length is right, charges quickly
Length is right, charges faster than my old one.
Unfortunately, the connection to the app doesn't work, neither via Bluetooth nor via Wi-Fi. I'm not clumsy with electronics. I've sent several emails, but it just doesn’t work! The app is downloaded, but as I said …. Maybe I got a cable without app connection, although it was explicitly ordered and paid with an app.

Great service, quick feedback
I am very satisfied with the product and the service. I had already ordered my cable before my electric car had even arrived. I made the mistake of not being able to exactly check how long my cable needed to be to still charge the vehicle. Unfortunately, the ordered cable was 50 cm too short. I was able to return it without any problems, the return costs were covered by Voldt, and I then bought a new, longer cable. Only downside: The refund for the first purchased product unfortunately takes a little longer.

Charger does what it should. My only reason for giving 4 and not 5 stars is that it clearly states on the website that the product is made in the EU, which for some people is the decisive point to buy this and not from another brand that sometimes even has more charging options, but it's unknown where it comes from (especially China, of course). And to my surprise, when the package arrived with a large Made in China sticker.
Be honest with your customers!

We are completely satisfied with this charging cable. It works perfectly with 11 kW charging power. With the app, you can see every charge exactly. We have the 15-meter cable because our parking spot is a bit away from the socket. Everything is super waterproof and very easy to pair with the app. Can recommend this mobile wallbox to everyone.

Long charging cable
The length of the cable in combination with the right connection is actually the reason why we ordered a Voldt cable. The plug in the socket in the meter cabinet and the type 2 plug in the car via a cable duct.. The car can charge when the solar panels deliver power.

V2L adapter is good but delivery took long time
V2L adapter was good, but getting it took too long. Website promised that products will be sent during the same day, but it took over two weeks until it was shipped. In total it took over three weeks to get the item. My trip where I would have needed the adapter was already over when I got the item :(.

Good shopping experience, largely due to the clarity and functionality of the site. Good product and in line with expectations. Delivery could be a bit faster as long as it does not affect the final price.

The processing and function are excellent, the app is not needed.
The processing is excellent, the packaging is excellent, the instructions are excellent, the display is bright and easy to read, the app is rather completely unnecessary.
I would like much more there:
* In real-time charge mode, only voltage and current are displayed, not power in KW.
* The charging pile has no scale. What?
* I can only see when and for how long I've charged, but not how much. Is it so difficult to multiply the current in A by the voltage in volts over time?
* There seems to be no REST-API -> No integration with HomeAssistant and the like...
* I can't download the charge records but only send them by mail
* You have to register for the mess.
* and so on.
Conclusion: Excellent processing, excellent use on the device, the app on IOS (V4.0.6) is unnecessary. All necessary information is provided by the car that was previously connected.

Fantastic order service, fantastic charging cable
Fantastic order service. Ordered in the evening, delivered at home the next morning. Amazing charging cable. On the small control screen, you can choose the current strength in Amps. With this, you can adjust the charging speed and furthermore adapt it to the available surplus of solar energy at that moment with a press of a button.

Order easy and fast, quick delivery, solid quality
The order was easy thanks to the option to specify the vehicle and directly display the appropriate charging cables.
The delivery was quick, so the cable even arrived before the vehicle. Now I've plugged it in for the first time, everything gives a solid and well-crafted impression, and the vehicle has been charging for several hours without the plug or cable getting hot.

works as described, app too, suitable for expense reporting if the employer accepts it, mine agrees \nFrom charging via the household power connection I can only say: No heat development, charging works perfectly and the loss is kept within limits.

Incomplete description
The description on the website was clear to us, but upon receipt, it turned out that we had ordered the wrong cable. When we looked further, we found another cable with the same name, but this one was correct. You actually had to scroll all the way down to find in small print which direction you needed.\n\nDespite this, very satisfied with the smooth return and refund and delivery of the new, correct cable.

Customer Service is Excellent!
I give 5 stars for customer service. I was not entirely satisfied with the product, but the customer service was able to address my needs and we found a solution. It is the service I expected from a European company and what truly distinguishes a company like Voldt compared to buying similar products that may be cheaper, but provide no support if you encounter a problem or setback. I 100% recommend the product.

No loss of power.
Longer than other chargers and no loss of power. Very interesting to be able to adjust the charging power. Good finish.
It would be interesting to have the purchase option with included protection box.

Slow to contact, calling didn't work.
– Slow to respond via email, and only very short responses.
– It's not possible to call them, at least not with Telia (the number goes to the Netherlands).
– I got the completely wrong item (after a delivery time of 10 days). The cable I received was the wrong length, and there was also the wrong size model on the 3-phase connector (wrong amperage).
– Poorly packaged, the packaging was broken, and the item was somewhat dirty, with lots of air in the package allowing the item to move around a lot.
– Eventually, an apology came and a small compensation in the form of a discount on the item, and they sent a new one with express mail. Return shipping was also paid by them, using their return label. 👍
