Great selection of items and very good quality.

This company is fraudulently keeping VAT charged to customers living outside the EU, who still have to pay VAT again at delivery. Contacted customer services about this and they did absolutely nothing to remedy this. Would not order again, would not recommend it.

Your onlinestore layout doesn’t work properly on iPhone. I find it messy and difficule to work it. Also I did’nt find space or place nuy and send stuff as a gift. And there was not place to put a message for Person who gets that present

I love the product but customer service is the worst I have encountered. I appreciate Brexit has added additional administration, but other companies like Fine Nordic delivered my order with no problems. Huge problem with another order, advised to cancel 2nd order as not dispatched, they just ignored many emails. Refused refund, had to use PayPal to get my money back. If you are UK based BEWARE.
