I'm very happy with my order from PIP Studio! I bought a set of their china bowls, and they're absolutely gorgeous. The colours and patterns are so pretty, and the quality is fantastic. They really do bring me joy just looking at them! Ordering was really easy, delivery was quick, and everything arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition. It was a lovely shopping experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be ordering from PIP Studio again and would happily recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality homeware.

Ever since I discovered the Pip Studio products, I've become addicted to them - especially the bedding, bath, loungewear and nightwear products. They look great and they do make me happy, just as the company's slogan states. I also love being able to mix and match, which offers lots of possibilities for the same price.

The delivery was quick and the product packed well so the beautiful mugs in their pretty box arrived in pristine condition. These are a gift and I know the recipient will be thrilled! I already own a couple of these mugs and am hoping to get more. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I like the design and creativity, find them unique and in 80% of cases choose PIP for presents, either from local dealer or other European dealers, also directly from you. Today I have at least one item from every collection.. However I can recommend improvement in customer service/logistics as I had a missing item in the delivery box and no notification for a separate delivery. Hopefully it will be solved by your team.

Absolutely beautiful and high-quality wallpaper! I have known about this brand for a long time and I have always been impressed by their designs and concepts. I finally ordered some non-woven wallpaper, and it was delivered from outside of Netherlands in a very short time, which was a pleasant surprise. The quality of the paper is excellent, but what I love most is the design. It looks exactly like something from my great-grandmother's and grandmother's house. It will fit perfectly in that same house, which I am currently renovating by mixing new elements with antique style. The wallpaper is the missing piece to bring the whole look together. All the praise from me! I already have many more products on my wish list that I want to have in my home.I'll update with photos once I have put them up on the walls.

The app I downloaded is user-friendly and practical. I easily placed an order from Türkiye to the Netherlands. However, I couldn't log in with my current email address yasminoz89@hotmail.com, so I created a new account with Gmail. I really like Pip studio but the quality is not as high as the prices. Often items break after short term usage. This has happened to me both with towels and bed linen. Also, the fabric is often quite thin. Pip needs to step up to deliver products which keep level with price. As of now, it is pretty but budget products at a high end price. The hanger in the picture lasted two days… towel cost 20 euro for one.

The quality remains high (my family has been buying Pip products in the U.K. for many years), but the colours of my recent purchase differed immensely from the online photographs. We received a muted tea bag yellow and not the lovely rich colour we saw online. This is not a computer screen issue, as we compared other Pip products we have to online images. It is not worth the cost of returning, therefore we will not be buying anything more from Pip while we remain abroad.

As with everything I've bought from Pip, I really love my new carpet. The colours have real depth and the images are as imaginative as they are unique. I've yet to buy anything from Pip that visitors haven't asked me where I bought it, and if there are places to buy from in the UK. I always used to tell them it's cheaper to buy direct from the Netherlands, which it still is so long as the item is small and not subject to import taxes. I'd still say this, but now really wish that Pip outlets in the UK sold more than just tableware and other smaller items. Brexit has been such a disaster that buying carpets and other more expensive items direct from Pip is no longer an option for those on a limited budget, which these days is most of us. This is such a pity, because their carpets are excellent value for money, being as robust as they are beautiful. I fell so hard in love with this one that it was more than worth the hefty import tax, so I saved up to be able to afford it. It cheers me up every time I look at it, which is the main reason I buy from Pip. Everything I have from them makes me smile and friends so often say the same.

Everything came in perfect shape. I would recommend that the plates be wrapped more securely if shipping to the USA. They had shifted in the box, but fortunately had not broken. I am very pleased with my reminder of Amsterdam.

I was a little worried ordering this because online shopping can be a lottery - but my mind was put at ease by the guarantee offered and the prompt and efficient service. The rug I ordered is of very good quality with enough weight to stay put on the floor! Also, the colours were faithful to the photos on the website. Very pleased.

Great products made of high-quality materials. I love the metal used for vases, and the candle holders I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of material quality and weight. However, this time the vase had several imperfections, including some black stains and small scratches. These, in my opinion, were not due to the "handcrafted" nature of the item, as stated on the tag, but rather to improper storage.

I LOVE your products, but so many things are out of stock that I cannot ever order all the things I want at once, so I have to pay extra shipping to the US. Your app constantly gliches and crashes and the website also has so many glitches, it's super hard to navigate.

I like your products for bright colors and interesting design, but packaging quality definitely needs improvement especially for international shipping.

I love the whole Pip experience, from style to delivery and Will surely buy again soon.

I liked: Delivery was great and fast. Quality of cotton for the 2 bathrobes is excellent. Quality of couture and design is great. Although please make them 10 cm shorter. I didn’t like: Colours of the 2 bathrobes are not like pictured on your website. Both ( white with flowers and light blue with flowers) look like dirty shades of bluish white and oily greyish blue. However, what I disliked the most is that I tried to contact Pip via your very stupid Artificial Intelligence assistant to ask simple questions about your coffee cups, plates etc. I wanted to know if your “porcelain grade A” also has animal cruelty and animal bones in it like your “Bone China” PiP cups and plates ( which is a shame! by the way). Such a waste of my time with your AI. I liked the design of Pip and I asked your AI to send my questions to a human. To this day, I have zero answers. Nobody answered my questions, no email, nothing. You should make it clear which Pip products have animal cruelty in them ( like animal bones in your Pip bone china or worms boiled alive for silk products etc) and which are free of animal cruelty so I know what to buy.
