The reason for this change wasn't a reduction in costs, (actually, it's really expensive to make changes like these in an already existing logistical operation) but because of our customer feedback, especially from the French market. Now, as you rightly observe, these carriers are much thinner in nature. This means that when washing the armpits during showering, the product is more easily washed away. To prevent this, the armpits can be gently rinsed with water to ensure that the cream remains in place and the product's efficacy is maintained. Hi there, Thank you for letting us know that Nuud isn't doing as well as it should for you right now. From experience, we've learned that there are a few basic tips that might help you out. I'll copy and paste them all below, so not all of them might be super relevant to you, but at least some of them should be. We also have a new2nuud video, which you can find over here: https://nuudcare.com/pages/new2nuud! We'll start with some info on how nuud works and tips on how to make it work better: 1. Since nuud is a silver-based deodorant, and since silver neutralizes bacteria, you might want to apply a wee bit more than we recommend. More silver simply means fewer bacteria! If this helps, experiment a bit to find out what your ideal amount really is. 2. Especially if you used to use antiperspirants (natural deodorants can also be antiperspirants) before you switched to nuud, you could be going through a detox phase. Your pits are getting used to not being blocked up, which makes you sweat a bit more for the first 2 weeks or so. During the detox, you could start by applying every single day. As soon as you do not smell yourself when you wake up, skip applying that morning and see if you can go to the 2-day frequency. Bonus tip: always apply on perfectly clean and dry pits! 3. The unpleasant smell might not be coming from your pits, but (at least partially) from your clothes. Old sweat and bacteria might still be in there, which can be removed by soaking your clothes in some vinegar and then washing them. If in any way possible, wash the clothes at 60 degrees Celsius, which makes sure all old bacteria will be gone. 4. Nuud soaks into the outer layers of your skin. Give it some time (like 2 or 3 minutes) to actually do that, so don't put on your top immediately, or Nuud might be partially absorbed by your top instead of your pits. We also have some more general ways to reduce sweating and the typical smell that often accompanies it. These tips are a bit less important, but could sometimes just make the difference! 5. Stress heats your body, which will then produce sweat to cool down. Try to relax (I know, easier said than done). Also, exercise (I know, easier said than done). Regular exercise helps your body to reduce the production of stress hormones. 6. Coffee and hot spices, just like stress, heat the body, which again will try to cool itself down by producing sweat. Food in general has a great impact on your smell. Changing your diet could help out a great deal! There's way too much info on that one to write down in an email, so I'd suggest Googling it :) Theoretically, nuud should work for everyone, as silver neutralizes bacteria, for everyone. The exception proves the rule though, so let me know if any of these tips have been useful to you, and if not, we'll think of another way to keep you happy.

Under en tid använder vi ett mer naturligt emulgeringsmedel. Om röret står stilla ett tag kommer formeln ibland att separera lite. Du kan nästan alltid lösa detta genom att helt enkelt knåda tuben innan du applicerar den, vilket gör att krämen blandas igen. Detta kommer inte att påverka effektiviteten av Nuud! Vänligen meddela oss om detta inte fungerar, okej? :)
