Thanks for your feedback! We usually respond to all messages that come in through our customer service department within 1-3 business days. I see in our customer service system that you sent us 2 emails on the same subject. 1 email of this has been answered as both were on the same subject.
If your package has not been delivered by now, something has gone wrong with the carrier. Would you then like to send us an email, we will start an investigation for you, and we will send you the package again if you don't receive it quickly.
