Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

High quality products, positive returns experience
High quality products, which were reasonably priced. Smooth shopping, delivery and returns process through website. Products arrived on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I had to return a very large item (my dog needs larger transport cage than I thought), which was very smooth using the return slip I printed off the website. Money returned as expected. (But do read the details about this, as it takes a couple of weeks.) I have ordered again, and am equally happy with those products.

No news so far, object not received, no answer to my request
I already know well the product I have ordered, so its quality is not the question. But I should have received it many days ago, I did not received anything, and I have no answer to the request I sent in order to know what was the situation.
