Je suis très contente de la rapidité du service, de l'envoi, etc. Toutefois, je commande un paquet de 17kg de croquettes qui est emballé seulement dans un petit sac plastique, qui était cette fois trop petit, et il est déjà arrivé que le paquet de croquette soit abîmé et ouvert. Pour ce genre de poids, l'emballage ne me semble pas adapté. Auparavant, l'envoi se faisait dans un carton et nous avions beaucoup moins de problème.

Bonne expérience globale. Petite déception sur la qualité d'emballage lors de l'envoi. Déjà 2 fois que mon paquet de croquette est ouvert durant le trajet car il est seulement emballé dans un sac plastique. Au départ, il était envoyé dans un carton et je n'avais jamais eu ce problème.
