Hi,i bought 10kg bag of royal canin at 70 euro (no discount),i see u have 20% discount for the same item at 69 euro,only 1 euro discount for black friday,this doesn't work out, Regards mark

When I was placing order the website claimed that the product is available and will be shipped at the latest within two days. After three days of waiting nothing had happened but I got an email from customer service stating that the product is not available and the new batch will arrive after four days. The order was shipped one day later after their informed new batch arrival date - so it was shipped eight days after placing the order. Now, 12 days after ordering I still haven't got it and customer support is not willing to give any compensation. I had to buy food for my dog from another place since it was not delivered in reasonable time even though I had calculated quite a lot of "error marginal" for the delivery time. Wouldn't be a big issue If the food was just ordinary stuff but on this case it's special veterinary diet food which is not widely available and I had to go a long way to get it from brick and mortar pet store.

your products are low quality regarding big breeds (leashes) and the asortiment is poor for big breeds

Bra produkter med tydlig beskrivning. Ett stort plus är att ingredienserna är specificerade (för det mesta) Lite snabbare leverans vore bra.

Ordered a dog harness nowhere did it say thet they would only deliver withiun the EU - this should be made obvious. Then you get mails in Dutch a language I do not speak. Also no refund after 8 days but quick enough to take the cash. Very poor service

Die drei Katzen Toiletten sind leider in zwei Sendungen verpackt worden. Somit kam ein Teillieferung nach Bestellung am 6 Tag und die zweite Lieferung erst nach 12 Tagen. Außerdem könnte die Ware besser verpackt werden. S.Marchionno

The product was very reasonably priced but the shipping was fairly high, I understand it is probably due to the weight and can't be helped.
