I purchased a DiveSystem Fly Tech BCD from DiveAvenue. Unfortunately, the BCD was delivered with the elastic bungee cords not installed. Due to the short length of the supplied bungees, it is not possible to thread and fit them properly myself.
I now have to purchase new bungee cords and pay someone to install them, which is extremely disappointing. I cannot imagine worse customer service.
I will never order from this shop again and cannot recommend DiveAvenue to anyone. My wife bought exactly the same BCD from a German shop, where it was delivered fully assembled, with the bungee cords already fitted and ready to dive.
This is a real shame. I strongly advise against purchasing from DiveAvenue.
