I ordered 2 arsenal retro shirts and I only received one since the second one run out of stock. To compensate me for the delay and the inconvenience, they offered me a discount code to get 2 shirts, one as an exchange for the one that run out of stock, and a second one as a gift. You can tell that they just want to have their customers satisfied , excellent customer service and excellent products.
Worst shopping experience ever. after 15 days since my order they finally made me aware that it was canceled because of the item being out of stock in some sizes. My ordered size was not even among them but they still canceled the order and the customer service was even worse. I asked for many times to issue a urgent report about it and i never got an answer. I don’t care if I got a refund, the whole situation was absurd.

Amazing quality shirts with good shipping times. Very reasonably priced especially for the “rarer” shirts. Staff are very very helpful and can help with any problems that are usually solved quickly. Overall a fantastic site and shop that i will continue to use.
