Easy ordering, delivery was made within expecations (Europe to NZ is never fast - just over 3 weeks in the end I think). Being an odd shaped item (really long and skinny car door protectors) I was really glad it arrived without too much damage. Even though the outside of the box had been damaged on the corners, inside the box all was well.
Order from CarParts or refund not received.
CarParts didn't confirm that the carrier had the complete delivery address causing a return of the order. More than one month later I'm still waiting for a refund (they claimed that they didn't receive the order back, even when the order is not traceable anymore for almost a month ago, suggesting that they did).
