Pros
- kellys ships an order the first moment they are active (during business hours at business days)
- parcel service delivers (within Netherlands) the day after shipping
- if the parcel service delivers drink cans damaged, kellys ships replacement cans the first moment they are active
- if asking kellys for a popular (U.S.) food product (such as those not available in major Dutch food stores), depending on legality of Dutch law (which can be illegal, such as products, sold spread over the globe, yet illegal within the EU, *cough* kitkat chocolate bar flavor *cough*), as far as I know, they sell if it's legal
Cons
- as kellys requires a minimum order price, if for ordering a single piece of a single product, such as when wanting to know a product's taste, one can't order
Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.
Kelly's itself is great but the only shipping option is DHL and DHL is the WORST delivery company in my area. I wish Kelly's would offer a different shipping option.

I am very happy with Kelly, s shop . But the last time i order i did mistake and started again a other order , but what happend i do not know ( i am not so clever with internet ) so the first order arived and not the second ( my foult ) but it was good as i did order tea on both , so that was good anyway ......

Kellys have most of my favourite English food. It is packed really well and delivered quickly after ordering. Can’t think of anything they could do better except don’t close and stay online!
