All the products I order, I have done so for many years from Kelly’s. They pack everything very securely and also inform you immediately if an item is back stock. I just wish I could have frozen products delivered to my door too such as sausages, pies, scones etc. I am disabled and no longer drive. Maybe this will be possible in the future?

The food variety is great, the packaging is excellent, the communication is top - it's however slightly pricey for postage, but then there is a lot of weight in cardboard, so (we got 5 boxes for one order) - which shows it is well packaged, but a lot of extra weight and carboard waste. If there was a possibility to send via a relay or something that would make it cheaper, that would be better. But overall, I'd order again and my husband is very happy to have root beer again!

Very happy with Kelly’s British products
I am so happy to have found a supplier of British products in The Netherlands! Especially Alpen muesli, quite my favourite breakfast, and of course Walker shortbread and Cadbury chocolate. And ordering and delivering are always going easy and smoothly. Only critical note is about products that aren’t always available. Although Kelly’s has an excellent mailservice that tells you as soon as the product can be ordered again. All in all highest marks for this lovely expat shop!!!

The only reason that it was not five star,, (as it usually is) is because, every piece of chocolate that I bought was so melted it was a bag of liquid. I know that it has been extremely hot, but I thought it might have been taken into consideration with perishable items, like being kept in a cool box until delivery. None of it is saveable I’m afraid and it has been thrown away. That said, with every other order, I have always been very happy with how it has been packed, there has never been an issue before

The only thing that anoyed us was that our deliverey went to a nieghbours house as we were out and didnot know it was coming .DHL did not leave a card or a number of the house so we eventually got it two days later and we had chilled .was not impressed .then we rang wete told you would chase up dhl and ring us bacj we randg YOU 3 times to no avail and no phone call from you to us . So very unimpressed

This was my first order with Kelly's, and I was seriously impressed with both how quick it was shipped and how it was packed! Bottles I had ordered were had a protective mesh cozy and wrapped in thick cardboard. The cooled/frozen items were wrapped in a freezer bag, with ice inside as well! Literally the first time I've ever seen that done.
Honestly the way they shipped it was safer than if I went to one of their stores and got it myself.

Please get a shop opened in venlo or Roermond so we can get frozen and other stuff not done on line. Not Eindhoven or Maastrict as they are always choosen and are an hour away each side of us . Really impressive service
Their prices are competitive, individual items were available so I didn't have to order a year's supply at a time. Everything we wanted was available to order and dispatch was much faster than I was expecting. They're the best we've used. British biscuits are worth the hassle, but Kelly's was stress free anyway.
