I don't think the service provided by Kelly's an really be bettered, but the same cannot be said of their delivery service, DHL. They sent an e-mail saying that the delivery would be made at a certain time on Wednesday. Nothing arrived, not was there any apology. The following day I received another e-mail telling me the delivery would be made between certain times. Again nothing arrived. The delivery was finally made some two hours after the time originally stated. There was, of course, no apology.

Too many thihngs i want are always out of stock. Because of thevery hit shipping costs, I have to limit how often I can shop. I understand the need to charge for shipping, but I order from other countries also ans have never paid a shipping charge this high.

Als een Engelsman hier in Holland, ik kan bepaald dingen kopen dat nergens anders in Holland verkrijgbaar zijn. Het min punt is dat niet alles kan besteld worden via de webwinkel, hoofdzakelijk door het logistieke uitdagingen, maar mijn dichtstbijzijnde winkel is meer dan 2.5 uur rijden. Een winkel in Groningen openen zal voor mij perfect zijn.

Quality selection of products from home
It’s always wonderful to get products from back home, and Kelly’s has a great selection. One thing that always stands out to me is how carefully they pack shipments. They put so much care into making sure everything arrives in good condition! Not many companies bother to take that kind of time.

Trustworthy company & best expat shop in NL
Well she’s got decent prices and ease of ordering. Well trusted. Often used. However the frequency of available products waver from time to time. My constants are often not there and long periods of time between or I never see them again for months or a year.

Great products, and very well packed. I had frozen crumpets yesterday and even the icepack was still mostly frozen when I got it in! Am keeping it for re-use :-) I miss more Tunnocks, like the teacakes, caramel logs etc
