Careful and quick
This was my first order with Kelly's, and I was seriously impressed with both how quick it was shipped and how it was packed! Bottles I had ordered were had a protective mesh cozy and wrapped in thick cardboard. The cooled/frozen items were wrapped in a freezer bag, with ice inside as well! Literally the first time I've ever seen that done.
Honestly the way they shipped it was safer than if I went to one of their stores and got it myself.

I like that its packed really well. the order is delt with quickly . DHL guy was very helpful with the delivery.
Please get a shop opened in venlo or Roermond so we can get frozen and other stuff not done on line. Not Eindhoven or Maastrict as they are always choosen and are an hour away each side of us . We have lots of english and others in this area and Germany. Why are alot of things always unavailable on line ?

De Christmas cake zwaarste versie is regelmatig uitverkocht en ik snap wel waarom. De cake is zo lekker daar wil je veel van. Ben er super blij mee, doet mij denken aan vroeger tijden dat de Engelse familie van mijn oom (helaas al een tijd geleden overleden) deze altijd voor ons meenam in december. Good service. All the items were well received. I was impressed with the way the items were packed. Cheese was well packed in a cool bag. Unfortunately the online portal was not working properly and I couldn't select home delivery. The Customer service team helped process the order at the back end. Very helpful person but would be great to have the website working properly so it's easy to shop online. But overall great service and items delivered perfectly.
