Very happy with Kelly’s British products
I am so happy to have found a supplier of British products in The Netherlands! Especially Alpen muesli, quite my favourite breakfast, and of course Walker shortbread and Cadbury chocolate. And ordering and delivering are always going easy and smoothly. Only critical note is about products that aren’t always available. Although Kelly’s has an excellent mailservice that tells you as soon as the product can be ordered again. All in all highest marks for this lovely expat shop!!!

Careful and quick
This was my first order with Kelly's, and I was seriously impressed with both how quick it was shipped and how it was packed! Bottles I had ordered were had a protective mesh cozy and wrapped in thick cardboard. The cooled/frozen items were wrapped in a freezer bag, with ice inside as well! Literally the first time I've ever seen that done.
Honestly the way they shipped it was safer than if I went to one of their stores and got it myself.

Please get a shop opened in venlo or Roermond so we can get frozen and other stuff not done on line. Not Eindhoven or Maastrict as they are always choosen and are an hour away each side of us . We have lots of english and others in this area and Germany. Why are alot of things always unavailable on line ?

It’s nice to order USA ish goods but the quality of the products on offer is not great. The bagel brand I’ve never head of, I ordered them multiple times (all flavors) but they are pretty tasteless and do not toast well. The pickles lean on the side of sweet and soft instead of the nice crunchy dill flavor, and Ranch dressing is never in stock.
