I don't think the service provided by Kelly's an really be bettered, but the same cannot be said of their delivery service, DHL. They sent an e-mail saying that the delivery would be made at a certain time on Wednesday. Nothing arrived, not was there any apology. The following day I received another e-mail telling me the delivery would be made between certain times. Again nothing arrived. The delivery was finally made some two hours after the time originally stated. There was, of course, no apology.

Kelly’s handle the order fine apart from sending two packages instead of one. DHL are the problem as I’ve only received one of the packages & I’ve had to chase the other delivery myself. I won’t be ordering from Kelly’s online until the change the courier company DHL.
