Your communication is really poor, I ordered for the first time directly with you and it took almost 3wks to arrive and a delivery that was cancelled last minute. What you fail to understand is that people make arrangements to be at home for deliveries and then to have it cancelled is extremely frustrating. I had several back and forwards with some people on email at customer service but honestly it feels like I'm talking to a robot which is probably the case. Based on this I wouldn't recommend nor will I order again. This is a shame as you have such amazing wines, ok pricing but just general poor communication and service

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delivery. However you have choosen standard delivery options which is 5-7 working days delivery time from dispatch and your order was delivered within this timeframe. Booking was agreed for 12 March but due to a delay, the carrier had to postpone the delivery to the day after 13 March however, they kept you informed via WhatsApp and you confirmed that this was not a problem.
