The service I expected
Everything is fine with the product. However, even though I had paid for shipping and provided my home address, the package was left at the post office and I had to go pick it up myself. Since I paid extra for home delivery, this was not the service I expected. I hope this can be avoided in the future

The overall experience was ok. The quality of the stitching could improve. There were many threads hanging which makes it dangerous for baby products
