Unbelievable service! This whole COC is new to me, I had never heard of it until Peugeot insisted I needed to get one, instead of them sending me an email. I researched a lot in a short while and ended up with coc-online. I needed it quick, but these guys were too quick. I got it in 11 hours (pdf only). They had said 2-3 days which made me move an appointment I needed it for, but it got to me 11 hours later. Thanks guys. I recommend you guys any day and every day! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Hello Everyone, My Order #21690. Well let's start with ​I paid 289€ with a good discount of my tax place(now is much higher around 500€) specifically because of their advertised delivery dates for My Tesla. By the way it is cost 124€ to ordered direct from Tesla app(or email them-much slower), once you log in to your app request service others and you can ask there.(I guess it is working with every brand). On the next day you will receive a Invoice and you need only to pay and add address. Will take more less 3 weeks. Here take me 1month(Estimate delivery pdf.- 7 Working days- Original COC -8+Shipping). :) I ordered from here to save time :) Guess what - everything is programed to work on there favors. They know that will late, but cover there self with FAQ. Over there they are protected - Not my fold it is the Manufactures :) Once you ask for refund - the things is getting bad and even not picking the phone and answer. :) Why I order from here, if is cheap for me? Simple I have a Free Supercharge and this amount was covered, but since they trick me I lost :) Anyway I will put some highlights only, I lost so much time with what's up ms and fake promises. I have proof of everything and will add it here. So don't write the usual staff- The Manufactures fold...we refund you after you push us hard....etc... Very simpe, if I can get it before you - you should get it before me as company specialty with COC and close connection with them..... Lets do a quick highlights better than, I explain very deep.... 1. After order what's up ms, emails etc... - Very nice communication- Pro Level :) 2. Update news on the email after couple of days - All in order- On time :) 3. Once the date come- No news, No COC but I have double minded email that my order will be come on time........ You start communication(waste of time) Sorry the factory bla bla bla.....FAQ story.... They are cover. 4. No news from them - You need to push - Fake promises from them bla bla bla 5. You ask for the reality and is coming- Could take COUPLE Of WEEKS more :) What a disaster. You are stuck, pero no pasa nada they don't care. 6. No answer from them - Very strange they was so fast on response before. Let's call them- ops no picking the phone.....Well second time the same.... Wow let's do the old School trick from another phone(country) and guess what. Boom they pick up, after nearly 10min conversation, the promise for refund next week if not arrive and sorry bla bla bla. 7. Well next week arrive and guess what- my request was send to the special force team to tell me that I agree with the FAQ and no refund :) Boom the dream is over :) 8. Maybe with some luck- at some point a get the PDF version. 9. Paper version was sent in a short time as well, but to wrong country and wrong address. How sad, I understand sometimes is difficult to read the address and send it properly. That job is required 3 week training in USA, after than 2 week practice in Japan and finally you can try to do it without a supervisor. 10. Boom I get the COC finely after all this :) 10. Nobody contact with me for the wrong delivery to give a refund for the fast shipping. I contact with them to ask for refund- and guess what again some kind of chapter writing how they are right.....how they send it to the right address..., but wrong. Don't worry I will not attach this boring staff...But I have it. 11.Final destination :)-I had the refund 19.24 from 19.99 cool not bad still missing some money. Guess what I needed to ask again- No way... It is a question of príncipe by the way. As they told me "for you peace of mind, we have proceeded of the remaining balance" :) Yes my mind is a deep peace now :) Also you write again wrong things(I will be gentile). I never ask for full refund, check you ms again(to refresh your memory) better write the true or if you not believe I can prove it as well is ready to be upload, if you not fix your wrong comment. You will little bit not pro in front of the Clients. Well, as I see there are reaction, I will incl. the proofs as well to cover the story. Remember try first the other way. Best Regards Dragon

bei dem für mein Fahrzeug mit der Fahrgestellnummer [WVWZZZAUZKP014025] und der Bestellnummer [23321] ausgestellten COC-Dokument habe ich festgestellt, dass der Wert für NEFZ CO₂ kombiniert (Kombiniert) nicht eingetragen ist. Ich bitte Sie daher um die Neuausstellung des COC-Dokuments mit allen vollständig ergänzten Angaben oder alternativ um die Ausstellung einer entsprechenden Bescheinigung, aus der der Wert CO₂ kombiniert (NEFZ) eindeutig hervorgeht.

COC online did exactly what they promised to do. I knew that hardcopy would take longer and I was given a date for that. However, it came in one week in advance of that date. The information the secure envelope contained was exactly what I wanted in order to register my Mercedes. A job well done.

Livraison rapide! Personnel a l’écoute et disponible sur WhatsApp… rien à dire je recommande! Au Luxembourg le garage nous dit qu’on allait avoir entre 4 et 6 semaines d’attente alors qu’ici en quelques jours nous avons reçu le document!

Rien a redire service rapide et professionnel un seul défaut le prix mais je suppose que cela ne dépend pas d'eux car ils ne sont pas plus cher que d'autres fournisseurs bien au contraire

I received the copy of COC but it didn't resolve my problem. The label that is on the door panel of my car shows all the type of tyres that can be used on the car. In my Vehicle registration document , there is only one type of them but there must be an error. That's why I requested the COC. But in the COC I received there is only in type of tyres too... so my problem is not solved and I spent my money for nothing. I need to have the certification of all the type of tyre that can be applied on this model so I can modify my documents. In the COC There should be all the list of Tyres as it is on the door panel of my car. I wrote to the COC ONLINE email but I got no answer. Wasted Money.
