Please do not work with "Colis Prive" delivery service
You have apparently changed the delivery company you work with, and this last order - which was less than $100 - took three tries to get delivered. This stipulation of having to produce a code in order to receive the package - which of course means you also have to be present when the delivery person arrives - is ridiculous and unnecessary. I will have to rethink ordering from Live Helfi if you continue to work with "Colis Prive" and require a code for delivery.

Hi, thank you for reviewing. Unfortunately, the decision to work with local carriers is not ours to make. We have contracts with various carriers for all countries to which we ship. These carriers collect the parcels from our warehouse at the end of the day, and from there they are taken to their own depot, where they are sorted and processed. Some carriers, such as DHL, work with local carriers in different countries, such as Colis privé. DHL retains all responsibility and remains the point of contact in the event of delays or problems with delivery. -Team LiveHelfi-
