Intoleran is the BEST!!
When I reached out to staff, questioning if I was taking the correct supplement for my particular issues, I was given personal attention and great guidance. Instead of guiding toward the higher priced product, they suggested I might want to try another product, which was less costly but would probably work for me. this product is litterally changing how I eat, I'm still cognisant about what I'm eating so I don't trigger a reaction but this removes the anxiety I have about eating anything in the first place as I'm never quite sure what the trigger will be. It's also helped me slim down, because I'm not inflamed all the time and i feel like I'm processing more of what i eat, I'm going to the bathroom more often without trouble ( inflamation would get so bad i couldn't urinate) , it's been a real comfort to feel like I can eat securely again. my only wish I could describe my specific issue in the app and get a recommend blend of enzymes, not just a 1 for 1 approach.

Expands my Dining Options and Makes me Feel "Normal"
I acquired histamine tolerance later in life and Intoleran Adding Mini DAO pills into my supplement mix has been such a help. Antihistamines and anti-acid supplements helped a ton, but adding these Intoleran DAO tablets have enabled me to greatly expand the variety of food I am able to tolerate. I feel so much more normal in social situations and dining out. I eat low histamine about 70 percent of the time, but when I want to indulge I reach into my pocket for the handy DAO dispenser and discretely take one or two tablets.

Works great for multiple food intolerances
Great product for people with multiple food intolerances. I still have to be aware of what I’m eating or how much but it allows me to enjoy meals without the normal consequences or when I’m uncertain about specific ingredients. It would be nice if a subscription was offered with options other than monthly or every other month.

Fodmix is the best enzyme mix I've found that helps with fructose intolerance. I had tried another product before trying Fodmix. While it helped it wasn't as effective as Fodmix. For the first time in a number of years, I am able to eat without fear, and without the extreme symptoms. I still have to be aware of what I'm eating and can't overload my GI track with too many high FODMAP foods in a day, but my diet has been greatly liberated. My only regret is that I didn't find Fodmix before now. I plan to definitely continue using Fodmix. Thank you, Intoleran.

So far have only tried the Fructase and the Fibractase. Both have been very helpful. The Fibractase seems to work a little better than BeanZyme which has the same enzyme; Fibractase has a higher dose of the enzyme and the convenience of a capsule. I plan to play with the dose of the Fibractase a little since you are able to up to three capsules at a time.

Starchway Pro works
Starchway Pro actually works... I was able to eat a slice of bread! That meal required several pills, so it was a very expensive indulgence, but I'm happy to have the option. The original Starchway (non-pro) helped with other troublesome starches such as rice, but even the maximum suggested dose wasn't enough to overcome my very low maltase levels. Also I appreciate the fast shipping! The downside is price. It can be prohibitive for those of us who still require multiple pills per meal/day. However, the cost was worth it during recent travel where I couldn't anticipate available food options.

I have been taking Fodmix for several months now, after starting with Quatrase. My body does not make enough of the enzymes needed to convert fructose into glucose that my body is better able to digest. Quatrase helped, but Fodmix does it better. It also helps by aiding digestion of carbs after they’ve been converted to sugar.

I have only used it twice for bread/wheat issues. Both times the product worked. Once I experienced some minor discomfort after eating 1/2 a small sub sandwich. It lasted about 5 minutes.

"Fructase" is not widely available in the US and it's expensive for how many you need to take to eat one serving of fructose. I have found other digestive supplements but they use corn and I have a corn allergy. I'd still love to see the cost go down, but it's a super great product especially if you only have to take one or two caps. I've already recommended the brand to other friends.

I’m so grateful for this product. I went from being in pain after meals to being able to eat without extreme discomfort afterwards.
