Fodmix is the best enzyme mix I've found that helps with fructose intolerance. I had tried another product before trying Fodmix. While it helped it wasn't as effective as Fodmix. For the first time in a number of years, I am able to eat without fear, and without the extreme symptoms. I still have to be aware of what I'm eating and can't overload my GI track with too many high FODMAP foods in a day, but my diet has been greatly liberated. My only regret is that I didn't find Fodmix before now. I plan to definitely continue using Fodmix. Thank you, Intoleran.

So far have only tried the Fructase and the Fibractase. Both have been very helpful. The Fibractase seems to work a little better than BeanZyme which has the same enzyme; Fibractase has a higher dose of the enzyme and the convenience of a capsule. I plan to play with the dose of the Fibractase a little since you are able to up to three capsules at a time.

Starchway Pro works
Starchway Pro actually works... I was able to eat a slice of bread! That meal required several pills, so it was a very expensive indulgence, but I'm happy to have the option. The original Starchway (non-pro) helped with other troublesome starches such as rice, but even the maximum suggested dose wasn't enough to overcome my very low maltase levels. Also I appreciate the fast shipping! The downside is price. It can be prohibitive for those of us who still require multiple pills per meal/day. However, the cost was worth it during recent travel where I couldn't anticipate available food options.

The DAOmini is incredible. Works so well; I'm still careful to eat low-histamine foods, but if I go to a friend's house for dinner or to a restaurant, I can take one and know I'll be fine. I also recommend it to other people with MCAS and HI. They don't even know about Intoleran. I do think a stronger advertising campaign could improve potential customer awareness. I've never seen an ad for you on any platform. I found you organically 2 years ago, by searching the web.

"Fructase" is not widely available in the US and it's expensive for how many you need to take to eat one serving of fructose. I have found other digestive supplements but they use corn and I have a corn allergy. I'd still love to see the cost go down, but it's a super great product especially if you only have to take one or two caps. I've already recommended the brand to other friends.

I’m so grateful for this product. I went from being in pain after meals to being able to eat without extreme discomfort afterwards. I have a million dietary sensitivities and it had finally gotten so bad that I barely ate (lots of protein shakes) and didn't like it when I did eat. When I started taking the supplement for fat digestion, one tablet did not appear to work. Maybe I was taking it at the wrong time.However, when I increase the supplement to three it worked really well almost too well so I’m going to trim down to at least two. But so far they’re easy to swallow and appears to be working for me.

Gives comfortable support
One tablet only for milk products did not work for me. But, two tablets did the trick. I like a treat of French Vanilla ice cream and none of the lactose-free producers make it. This is cause for celebration!
Is there a way to calculate how much Intoleran covers a two cup milk portion? I use goat milk for richness in my coffee. But going out to eat makes problems.
By the way, the packaging is great and easy to keep handy.

The product was very good and effective. However, for the second time I had a delivery problem. One of your carriers (OnTrack) contacted me on two different orders that they could not deliver due to incomplete address. I tried to contact them but was unable to do so. In any event, on both occasions, the packages were delivered about a week late with no further address information from me. Further, upon receipt of both orders I noticed that the delivery address indicated on the packages was perfect. Suggest you review these situations with OnTrac.

Fructase definitely helps with my tolerance of fruit. I do have to use three caps (at least for now) and find that opening the capsules and sprinkling the powder on the first few bites is more effective for me versus taking the capsules whole. Perhaps Intoleran could manufacture a powder only form for convenience?
