What ordered were just what I wanted.

I forgot that I bought bonemarrow from
you as well but I haven't yet sampled it. I

The store shipped the original order very quickly but the carrier trashed the parcel. They shipped the new one immediately which I really appreciated but the logistics company broke it again. I suspect the packaging was simply insufficient/inadequate to the content (glass). I sent another email to Livehelfi, they replied they would check but nothing is happening. Have been waiting 2 more days with no reaction from them. All in all, I have neither the goods nor money after 11 days. No info from the seller on what is happening next. Have requested cancelling and refund hoping them to proceed without further ado. Disappointed.
The exp date was scratched, at both the products. Exactly at the same spot.
So the customer couldn’t se which year the product expires.
But they did ent mind at all.

We are sorry that the expiration date seems to be scratched. When we look at the pictures, it seems more an issue that the printing was too close to the edge of the bottle. On one picture we could see the right expiration date and it has a shelf life of more than a year from now. We send only products that are well within the expiration date. I don't know why you think we don't mind. We take quality very seriously so we do mind it when something seems to be wrong!

Of course we will make sure that you'll receive what you ordered, as the tracking link provides no information at all, so we will inquire after this. Hi, we're very sorry that your parcel got damaged twice.
We know that the items have been shipped with adequate wrappings and protection, but nonetheless DPD failed twice to deliver the parcel in a good condition.
We are inquiring for more information, and although we intend to, we are not always able to give immediate response when we are waiting for other parties to reply.
Nonetheless we fully understand that you are disappointed and no longer wish to wait for any solution or update from DPD.
We will cancel the order for you, and refund you the purchase amount
