Liked the fast response and the fact that the visual of the ordered product was sent for approval.
I asked for a slight modification shortly after receiving the visual. Despite my fast response the delivery was a day later than originally promissed. That is ok, but I would have warned the customer that they can only keep the original delivery date if no changes have to be made. Luckily it was still on time for our purpose and the product was very professionally made and safely wrapped & delivered. So I was overall satisfied but it could make the quality of the Services even higher

Sajnos az ígért szállítái idő az oldalon egyáltalán nem tartható. 2023.12.06-án adtam le rendelést, ami elvileg 12.12-ig megérkezett volna. Jelenleg se híre se hamva, hogy egyáltalán Magyarországra megérkezett volna a termék. Karácsonyi ajándéknak szántam, bízom benne, hogy még megérkezik, ha nem akkor lesz még egy csillagos értékelés a goolge oldalon is.

A csomagom menet közben elveszett. Nem tudtak magyarázatot adni, hogy ez hogyan történhetet. Időben rendeltem meg de sajnos emiatt az ajándékot nem tudtam átadni amikorra szerettem volna.Újra feladásra került az ügyintéző elmondása alapján de még nem érkezett meg.Kíváncsi leszek ha megjön, hogy milyen minőségű lesz.

A thermos that is not a thermos
I purchased a thermos. At least rhey say it is thermos, but after we received it we found out it is only a steel bottle.And above that it wasn't engraved the way I ordered it. It was a gift for my daughter so now I am.really mad and disappointed.

A végtermék kicsit amatőrül néz ki... pont úgy néz ki, mintha egy fényképet egy kezdő ráphotoshoppolt volna egy festényre-nem pedig úgy, mintha egy egységes festényre néznék rá.
A fej arányai, a fények nincsenek összhangban a festmény többi részével.
Ezt manapság sokkal jobban is meg lehet csinálni minimális efforttal, pláne ennyi pénzért.
Ár-érték arányban nem vagyok elégedett.
A kivitelezés és a szállítás viszont valóban gyors volt.

So-so...
Everything was alright, the one and only problem was that I thought the decorative packaging would be better. Unfortunately it arrived dangerous state, and the filling material was totally unaccaptable. The box also was too big, and it has some ugly part hadn't seen in the webshop picture. So it was wasted money, I had to buy another box in a shop. That was nicer and cheaper too. The product itself was excellent.

A termék nagyon szép, elégedett vagyok vele, de annak ellenére, hogy június 14. pénteki kézbesítést ígértek, csak 18-án kedden érkezett meg a csomag. Mivel szombati alkalomra szántam az ajándékot, így sajnos nem tudtam aznap átadni.
