I am extremely satisfied with my order. The interaction with Light11 completely met my expectations. The large chandelier was delivered by cargo shipment without any damages or delays. Additionally, the price of the chandelier was lower than on other websites, and the shipping was free.

I made very bad experience with light11.eu. They repeatedly send broken lampes, apparently not doing minimal quality assurance, such as: does the light goes on if I switch the on button. After sending the lamp back the replacement was not functionning again. And they were also affected by a data breach with credit card information stolen. A total NO-GO. Stay away!

The delivery times and communication are totally random. I have waited for months not for one but two different orders and the messages you sent about the delays are totally vague and unacceptable for a any company. I am now considering yet another order (my 4th) but I hesitate because if this inconsistency in delivery and communication.

Should give realistic delivery date, not to wait for months without any information when the product will be delivered even though it was payed in full. You can at least offer an option to change the order or return the payment and say that you are unable to deliver.
