I ordered 2 Fabbian Tripla lamps and paid €520 in full upfront. Only one was delivered. I've been waiting for the second one for 11 months. During this time — 12 postponements of the delivery date. Every time the same automated email: "we could not meet the delivery date, new date is...". And so it goes in circles: July, August, September, October, November, December, February, March... The latest promise is May 2026 — exactly one year after the order. Meanwhile, the exact same lamp is in stock at other EU retailers with 1–3 day delivery. Light11 simply doesn't want to deliver at the old price — prices have gone up, and it's not profitable for them to honor their own contract. €260 of my money has been held hostage for almost a year. No apologies, no compensation, no initiative. Just template replies ending with "We wish you a very nice day". This is not a shop — it's a trap: they take prepayment without having the product in stock, then feed you promises for months.

A luminária da FLOS está de acordo com as nossas expetativas. Vinha bem embalada e entregue dentro do prazo. Só não posso dar 5 estrelas porque a UPS pura e simplesmente não funcionou, tendo entregue a encomenda (com uma dimensão razoável) noutro local. Mais, mentiu ao informar que tinha tentado fazer a entrega na casa/escritório, onde está sempre gente.

Very fast delivery. Very good email updates. Just the right amount. Also very good packaging. The only minor think was that the lamp I ordered was a bit scratched on the top. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Artemide Tolomeo lamps are easy to repair. The diagrams on the site are clear and help to identify which part to order. The part I needed arrived quickly and I could repair the lamp. This also shows that repairable design is good design. Light11 might consider shipping such small parts in an envelope rather than the big box it came in, which would have made the delivery a bit easier. But that is a very minor point. Thanks!

It would have been 5 stars if you didn't use UPS for delivery. They are the worst in Sweden......

Fast delivery, many brands on stock, payment in advanca by bank transfer where you get additional discount, respondive customer service, you have one months time to pay ordered items. I really recomend Light11.eu.
