1. IBAN number provided in mail with order confirmation is incorrect. When I tried to pay (prepayment for order), my bank claimed that IBAN doesnt exist.
2. When I tried to cancel my order, it was not possible. Despite I cancelled it, it is still in the system. i tried to cancel items and order, but couldnt do it.
Should give realistic delivery date, not to wait for months without any information when the product will be delivered even though it was payed in full. You can at least offer an option to change the order or return the payment and say that you are unable to deliver.
