The order arrived safely but poor communication
The order arrived safely and beautifully packaged, ready as a gift. However, I am deducting a star for worse communication (in the sense of notification emails). After paying for my order, I didn't receive any email even that the order was accepted. Only after 4 hours did the invoice and other information arrive. So I was in doubt for 4 hours whether I had wasted my money - I had no confirmation anywhere that I had made an order. I understand that when paying abroad, the payment takes longer, but it would be enough to send an email immediately after ordering that the request has been accepted. Further communication regarding transport is left entirely to the carrier, which in the case of the Czech Post was not very good either.
