Great trampoline for a small garden. Decided to order the storm cover and ladder afterwards too. Prompt delivery, good after sales support: we had a faulty part, sent them a photo and the part number from instructions book and they posted out a replacement part with no hassle

The final product is good, but it could be better. A few poorly placed screw holes or perhaps they were correct before the wood shrank. No problem if you have a drill for some DIY. Unfortunately some of the parts are warped/ twisted which made assembly difficult and makes the final product look a bit less than perfect but it will still do the job, but might not last as long as advertised. I would recommend having some longer screws or a countersink drill bit handy or a clamp to pull the warped wood flat as the screws provided weren't long enough to do the job on the twisted parts. The packaging was falling apart when we received our delivery, parts were jumbled up inside the box so maybe it wasn't stored correctly in the warehouse or during transit and this led to the problems with warped timber or maybe this just happened during delivery, either way I expected better for the price we paid but all in all we ended up with a decent sandpit after the addition or some extra screws and a bit of diy.
