Bought basketball hoop for my kids. I have Bought many over the years but none have impressed me like this purchase. Each part may be purchased separately in the event you may need to and you receive an email with each part itemised. It's incredibly easy to higher and lower as required and very sturdy. Fantastic purchase, would highly recommend the Galaxy basketball hoop.

Incorrect dispatch
Ordered a trampoline for my child's birthday. Sent 2 identical boxes instead of box 1/2 and 2/2. Contacted support and they said they would send the correct box. I explained that it was for a birthday present and asked for it to be sent ASAP. Wasn't very pleased of response from support team. They said we'll send it and that's all we can do. Took 8 days from order until second box arrived. This could have been sent by a quicker delivery method especially given that it was exits fault that order was posted wrong in the first place. As a result of this the trampoline wasn't received complete in time for child birthday. Very unhappy with the service provided by exit and attitude to how the original error wads resolved

I purchased the 4.6m on ground dome. Firstly, the quality of the dome is impeccable. You never know when buying online but every part of the kit is high quality and the cover is good and durable.
Secondly as a way of passively heating your pool it is amazing. I live in Ireland and today the air temperature was 20 degrees and the temperature inside the dome was 45 at 4pm, for comparisson my conservatory was 33 degrees, this is proper polytunnel grade material for generating an impressive greenhouse effect. Consequently the water is lovely and warm. It just needs a couple of days of decent sunlight to get up to temperature. Also by being able to close the dome fully or partially, I can keep the wind off the kids so when they stand up out of the water they don’t get cold and they get to enjoy it for longer. It’s a significant investment but allows for so much more usage time for those of us that live in cooler climates.
Finally it keeps all the debris out of the pool without the hassle of dealing with pool covers.

We have only received half of our order..2 of 4 boxes. I cannot get a reply from DPD so I dont know where the packages have gone.
I ordered 2 trampolines and they still haven't arrived. Nearly a month ago now
