A bit disappointing but I messaged customer support and they responded via WhatsApp IMMEDIATELY with a quick and no fuss solution. Items were in the post and could not have arrived quicker. This is the 3rd 12 foot pool we have had in the last 6 or seven years, but our first one from Exit. Th pool is of good quality, and relatively easy to assemble, however we were disappointed with the size. The other 12 foot pools we have used were actually 12 foot pools, this one however, might have a 12 foot frame when measured corner to corner, but because of the way the pool hangs from the frame the actually swimming area is only 11 foot. We noticed how much smaller it seemed immedialty upon putting it together, as i built a dedicated base for our pool a couple of years ago. While I am happy with the quality, we are all disappointed with the size of the swimming area

Bought basketball hoop for my kids. I have Bought many over the years but none have impressed me like this purchase. Each part may be purchased separately in the event you may need to and you receive an email with each part itemised. It's incredibly easy to higher and lower as required and very sturdy. Fantastic purchase, would highly recommend the Galaxy basketball hoop.

Bought a 2.5 kw pool heater, delivered quickly to Ireland, it does a good job, professional company and a pleasure to deal with

Website stated item was in stock and would be delivered within 3 days. Bought for a childs birthday as it should have been delivered one week before the birthday. Still not received 2 and a half weeks later. First reason: their internal systems were down. Second reason: my address was wrong (although the tracking link shows they are sending it to the "wrong" address.) Eventually sent me a tracking link for the courier but this link shows the item still hasn't been handed to the courier. Now asking for a review for an item I haven't even received.

Ordered a trampoline for my child's birthday. Sent 2 identical boxes instead of box 1/2 and 2/2. Contacted support and they said they would send the correct box. I explained that it was for a birthday present and asked for it to be sent ASAP. Wasn't very pleased of response from support team. They said we'll send it and that's all we can do. Took 8 days from order until second box arrived. This could have been sent by a quicker delivery method especially given that it was exits fault that order was posted wrong in the first place. As a result of this the trampoline wasn't received complete in time for child birthday. Very unhappy with the service provided by exit and attitude to how the original error wads resolved

Very bad customer service. One order in many small shipments over the course of several days. During 2 weeks. Finally,we got everything we order.....

I ordered a pool and dome bundle but only received the pool! Still waiting to hear back from exit toys, customer service very slow answering.
